Lionstorm exited the Medicine cat's den, and looked around camp for Honeyblaze. He spotted her by the fresh-kill pile, and padded towards her. Honeyblaze noticed him, and smiled as he approached her. "Hey Lionstorm!" Honeyblaze beamed.
"Hey" He chuckled, as he took a seat next to her. From the fresh-kill pile you could see all of Fireclan camp. "So you wanted to talk to me?" Lionstorm asked as he turned to his friend. Honeyblaze's smile dropped and formed into a frown.
"Well yes, Coalheart and I are worried about you" Honeyblaze sighed, pressing her pelt against Lionstorm's. "I-I'm fine" Lionstorm lied. He couldn't tell her about his dreams. She'd think he was crazy. "If theres anything wrong, you can tell us" Honeyblaze reminded.
"I'll keep that in mind" Lionstorm muttered, as he got to his paws. If he stayed with her any longer, he'd give in and tell her everything, but Lionstorm didn't want to worry her. She seemed to take this the wrong way though. "Fine! Be an emotionless Mouse-brain! See if I care!" Honeyblaze spat.
Lionstorm's eyes widened, as he turned towards her. "Its not like that" Lionstorm defended. "Then what is it?" Honeyblaze demanded. Lionstorm shook his head. He promised Pigeonfeather, he wouldn't say anything.
"I can't say" Lionstorm muttered. "Sharppaw found you yelling to yourself in the middle of the forest! We're worried about you!" Honeyblaze snapped, blinking back tears. Lionstorm shook his head. "Coalheart said you had a nightmare! And you didn't tell me?" Honeyblaze sniffled.
Lionstorm shook his head again. "Answer me!" Honeyblaze growled. Anger bubbled inside Lionstorm, he turned towards her and growled. "Stop acting like my mother! I don't need you fussing over me like I'm some innocent little kitten!" Lionstorm retorted.
Honeyblaze looked shocked. Lionstorm instantly regretted what he had said. "H-honeyblaze..I-" Lionstorm began but was cut off. "Save it! Go on, go!" Honeyblaze ordered, blinking back the tears, once more. Ruefully, Lionstorm turned on his heal, and padded to the warriors den.
