Today is the day I go to school.
I feel so scared.

What if people don't like me?

I went to my closet and pick out some cute basic clothes.

simple I look at my outfit in the mirror and look over at my desk to see my favorite hat.

I make sure to grab it and my phone from the charger and put it in my bag.

I went to bathroom and brush my hair.

It was already straight so I didn't need to flat iron it.

I put on my gold hoops and my gold lion necklace.

I look at myself in the mirror and then my insecurities took over.

I look so plain compare to those girl on Instagram with long blonde hair, pretty eyes.

I feel the tears cloudy up my eyes.

"Why do I have to be so ugly"

I wipe tears and walk out the bathroom.

I walk downstairs to see my father making coffee.

Your ride is ready he said not looking up.

I just said ok and went outside to see the black suv driver waiting.

I hop in and he drove me to my school.

I feel so mad that my sister couldn't come to school with me today because she "sick".

"We here" the bald driver said he was dark skin and a beard.

I look up to see a building painted in yellow and blue.

The color combinations look so cute.

I grab my bag that was right beside me and thanked the driver and walk in the building.

I look around to see kids in the parking lot and couple walking in the doors but mostly half the school was in the parking lot.

It looks like a fight going on, the way people was screaming "beat that ass Chris".

I squeeze myself in the crowd to see a light skin boy with tattoos on his arm on top of a guy which was bleeding really bad.

Everyone was just watching as the boy reach closer to death.

Instead of just watching I try to break it.

The boy was grabbing on me for dear life.

The light skin boy almost hit me making me flinch as he fall on top of me.

Then I saw his face... Chris

He look at me confused and held out his hand.

I grab it and dust my clothes off as the crowd vanished but some stay to see what happen next.

I didn't know you go to this school I said softly

He smiled and said " I don't " then ran and jump the fence. I look behind me to see the school School security.

"Come with me young lady "

Making my mouth dry.
