Flashback

There I stood at Tremaine door feeling defeated and sad. Jay and I had gotten into argument yet again it seem like our relationship was wonderful before we came out here. Trey open the door and looked at my tear shrunken face I pulled at my clothes I don't know why I decided to come to Trey but it just felt like he could help me with my problems. Hi um Jay left out and I was wondering if he came here I said half lying . Jay did leave but I was pretty sure he didn't come here. Him and his brother had a rocky relationship every since something that happen in the past Jay wouldn't tell me what it was though but I had a feeling I didn't want to know. No, he didn't come here I'm sorry he said looking thoughtful as I turn to leave Wait Nickiee he didn't come here but you can come in he said with a smile. I thank him and gradually walked inside knowing whatever it was that lead me here I was happy of it.

As I stepped into his comfy home we sat and talk even had some laughs. He made hot coco we watch movies and then ate ice cream until I feel asleep on the couch but when I awoke I was on the bed. I guess sometime during the night he had moved me and I was glad for it because I probably would've had a terrible night sleeping on the couch. I left Trey a note thanking him for everything saying how he looked so peaceful that I didn't want to wake him gave him my contact info and headed outside where I called Jay. Ever since then me and Trey talked regularly.

Present

I stepped into the familiar home taking in the scent of pumpkin pies. You baking I ask half shocked Trey never told me he could cooked. No he laughed that's a candle why you hungry. Oh no I'm fine, plus I couldn't eat if I wanted to it felt like I could throw up at any minute the way my stomach was churning I thought to myself. I walked to his couch and sat down do you care for some hot coco before we talk about my bonehead brother he said with a frown starting to appear on his face. I just shook my head sadly Trey I don't even know if I want to talk about him right now I think I just want something to take my mind off him. Oh really well I got kinect and some dance mats for Just Dance 4 how about it. I laughed this going to be funny seeing your 6ft self trying to dance. Oh really I bet I whoop your butt, height is my advantage. Sure OK I take you up on that I said getting up to stretch.

I got up from the floor still tired from the dance battle I just had with Trey he laid stretch out beside me. I told you I was going to win. Yea Yea whatever it's just because I'm out of shape that's all. Oh don't get mad you get to my level someday. I laughed yea sure OK turning over so that my elbow rest on the carpet I looked down at Trey. Thank you he stopped laughing and sat up, For what. I pulled myself up so that I was sitting beside him, For you know helping me feel a little better I feel so much better I can eat now. Oh really didn't you just talk about getting into shape now you want to eat, people. Oh whatever I haven't ate nothing all day running around with Jay. I said looking down I felt that sad feeling creeping back in me. At that moment Trey cursed his self before lifting my chin up so our eyes could meet. Look Jay is a lying cheating dog and his my brother and I can say that I mean I love him and everything but he don't deserved to be with you all you do is baby him. You take up for him when he do something wrong you look pass it and remember that dream you had maybe it was preparing you for this I don't mean to be harsh. But you need to stop downgrading and you need to look for somebody with a future I mean you in high school that's when you think about your future anyway. I just looked up at him he was the first guy to ever say I downgraded when talking to Jay I always felt that I was the lucky one to have him. I mean he was mister everything to me and I guess that was my problem letting a guy be my everything in life. I glance down at the game feeling things getting heated I said OK so lets play another round If i win you have to cook for me or at least pay for delivery, Deal. Deal he said smiling getting up. But what he didn't know is that when food is involve winning is not the problem its the solution.
