Chapter Eleven

Author's Note: Hey guys, it's been forever... I know. I'm going to try and write more often. Here's a quick fun update. :)

Hunter's POV

Dean, the twins, Jo and Lea hopped into my car and the rest in Rick's. It usually took about 10 minutes to get to the beach but the traffic was unbelievable tonight.

Lea sat in the front seat next to me and the boys took over the back. At the beginning, the car was filled with loud conversations and bickering but that eventually simmered down into smaller conversations. Lea managed to stay out of all the conversations and stared out of the window.

"Are you zoning out on me again, Mikaelson?" I waved my hand in front of her face.

"Huh, what?" She blinked a couple of times clearly not paying attention to what I was saying making me chuckle.

"I said, are you zoning out on me again?" I repeated.

"Sorry!" She blushed.

"I saw your jersey, Augustine number 10? Is that your middle name?" I asked.

Her face fell immediately and she kept quiet for a minute. Did I say something wrong? Fuck, I regretted asking her then and there.

"I'm sorr-," I tried to apologize but she cut me off.

"Augustine's not my middle name. This was a friend's jersey back in England." She said formally.

I looked at Dean from the rear mirror and he just shook his head asking me to change the topic and so I did.

"What did you think of our first game?"

"You guys played so incredibly well, it was amazing!" She smiled a little and I sighed in relief. Never bringing up it up again, I said to myself.

"I'm glad you were there to see it." I grinned in return.

"Hunter, I can walk to the beach and I'll get there faster. Why aren't we moving?" John groaned from the back.

"Be my guest." I unlocked the doors.

"Rude!" He whined making everyone laugh.

"Can you turn on the radio please? I'm tired of hearing the twins' voices going on and on about who's better in bed!" Jo interrupted making everyone laugh even harder.

"Alright, alright." I chuckled and turned on the radio.

"Change!" Dean yelled from the back.

"No, don't! This is my jam!"

"Take your Taylor Swift and leave!"

"No! Stop bullying me!"

"Boys, shut the hell up please."

"He started it!"

"Did not!"

"SHUT UP!" Jo yelled really loudly shutting everyone up.

"Thank you." She smiled and the twins stared at her funny.

"Lea, your friend scares me." John said.

"Me too, buddy. Me too." Lea responded smugly causing Jo to hit her from the back.

Suddenly, The Next Episode by Snoop Dogg started playing and the boys started jamming to it.

"Na na na na nah, it's the motherfucking D-O-double G, SNOOP DOGG!"

"You know who's back up with this motherfucker!"
