The Results

"Kuroko-kun!" the cashier calls. "Before you leave, a girl wanted me to give this to you. Is something happening?"

What was given to him, was your phone number that you had left behind. He smiles, adding you to his contact. He quickly messaged you, sending his contact number and a thank you message of the note you sented him. The shadow looks at the note one more time, "Good luck!"

The light blue haired boy stuffed the note in his pocket and walked off. 

He walks into the department. His head looks up to see you--the celebrity you--smiling gently at him. "Are you nervous?" Kuroko nods, unable to voice out his emotions. "Good luck."  

He smiles, nodding once more. "Thank you."

Imayoshi began to explain the rule. You began to stare of into space, not thinking about the contest with your mind drifting off into the distance. You weren't thinking of anything, just felt empty. "[Alias]-chan, did you get all that?"

"..Huh?" You look up as he hit you with the script. He sighs and walks away from you. You smiled nervously as Imayoshi sighs. "I think I got the gist of it."

"To judge both Kuroko and Mayzumi, they'll be three judges. Me, Akashi, and you." he repeats, looking at you to make sure you got it the second time. You nod as he looks around the room to continue, "Because of yesterday's incident..."

Yesterday's incident? You looked at Akashi, scooting next to him. Kuroko's eyes blinked with jealousy, averting his eyes away. It wasn't noticable but he was filled with a slight of irritation. "What is he talking about?" you whispered. "Did something happened?"

"Later, [Name]." Akashi whispers back. You furrowed your eyebrows, scooting your chair back to where you were originally at, continue but silently to listen to Imayoshi.

"One is left unfinished so I'm handing the first verse of the music sheet for your guys to judge." 

You look at the first sheet that Imayoshi had given to you. You could tell right away it was Kuroko. Comparing to the last time you saw it, there were some error changes. It felt different but didn't had a clicked feeling like you wish for it to be. It has potential but its not enough to move the audience's heart.

You took a look at the second sheet. With a smile, you felt relaxed. You were unable to notice the lips were dying to voice out the song. It sounds lukewarm. Mayzumi did a fine job. You look up to smile an applaud at Mayzumi but in front of you was the anxious Kuroko, worried if his sheet would be chosen or not.

Your heart suddenly dropped to the sight of it. You really want Kuroko to be chosen but your mind knows that Mayzumi's music sheet is the better one.

"[Last Name]-chan, have you chosen yet?" Imayoshi asks. You look at Imayoshi to Akashi. Your eyes then turn to the two sheets. Your eyes were about to be in circles, confused.

"Ah! Forget about it!" You yelled, choosing Mayzumi's sheet.
