Chapter eleven: "By your side."

Wendy's (POV)

A month as passed since me and Dipper first started dating. When we told Mabel, she wouldn't shut up about it. But I knew she mentioned well. Dipper and I would take nice nature walks, watch terrible horror movies, maybe cuddle once in awhile...

My dad was finally okay with my relationship with him, and him and my brothers get along pretty well too. Dipper was totally the one for me, even if some people disagree. My friends were pretty okay with me dating Dipper too. Since Robbie and Tambry are dating, Robbie didn't really mind me dating him, which was good for me.

Once in awhile Dipper and I would have a slumber party movie night at his place. Every time we did through we had to locked the door so Mabel wouldn't take any pictures of us. Sometimes during one of our slumber parties, I would feel him curl up by me, which always made me blush. I was happy with Dipper, he makes me feel good. We spent almost the whole summer together, I say almost because sometimes Dipper would go on adventures with his sister which I was totally fine with. As long as he came back safe and sound.

Dipper's (POV)

When I spent my summer with Wendy, I thought nothing could be better. When I first came to Gravity Falls I thought making friends, and being away from home was the last thing I needed, but after meeting the love of my life, and spending so much time with her, I realized that this summer was the best one ever! I totally have to thank my parents when I get home. Wendy was always there for me, and always by my side. I love her to the moon and back, and she said the same thing to me.

I know that I can trust her with anything, because I know she could keep it secret. All my life I thought that I just needed Mabel, my books, and my smarts to survive in this crazy world. But after meeting Wendy, I realized that I need her to live as well.
If you ever want to find that special someone, look in the place you would least expect. You might be surprised.
