"Get the hell off of her!" I heard Isaac screech and before I knew it Isaac had Jackson pinned on the floor.
"I have a restraining order!" Jackson yelled before Derek came rushing in.
"What the hell is he doing here?" Derek asked aggravated.
"Look he got shot by some guy named Gerard and I just thought I would help" I explained frantically.
"Oh yeah, because I'm pretty sure getting shot doesn't require mouth to mouth resuscitation" Isaac snapped and me and I shrunk back a bit.
"Well at least I haven't been lying this whole time about being a magical being" I countered and Isaac looked taken aback.
"Well you actually are a magical being, just not a werewolf" Derek offered and I looked up to him with a confused look.
"I'm not a magical being" I said in all honesty and Derek shook his head.
"I figured that you weren't aware of it. I first noticed it because of your purple eyes" Derek explained "The purple of her eyes symbolizes that she was kissed by a phoenix."
"What the hell does that mean?" Jackson huffed, still pinned by Isaac.
"People that are kissed by a phoenix have purple eyes to symbolize lavender, a type of healing flower" Derek explained "potentially people kissed by a phoenix have tears that can heal." My jaw just dropped, he has got to be kidding.
"How is she kissed by a phoenix but I'm not?" Isaac asked confused.
"It's because she wasn't born that way, were you Alex?" Derek pointed and I closed my eyes trying to remember the day that my eyes changed from their natural green to a pristine purple.
FLASHBACK
"Isaac!" I chanted as I ran through the forest "wait up." I tried keeping up with him but he was just too darn fast. I was about 6 years old and had no idea how to find my way back to the house. I wandered around the forest having no idea where I was going. I jumped at every small sound and the mere minutes that I walked through the forest felt like hours.
"Isaac where are you?" I whimpered to no one as I felt myself on the edge of tears.
"Isaac I'm scared" I called out with tears brimming in my eyes. I heard the snap of a branch and tripped as I turned to face it. I sat on my but and was frozen in fear of the tall man standing in front of me.
"As well you should be" the large muscular man smirked before he lunged forward and bit into my neck. I screamed out in pain but the man wouldn't release me and I slowly felt myself fading away. The pain in my neck was dwindling and I felt my eyes drifting shut. Finally the man just dropped me onto my back but I was too tired to move. I watched through the small slits in my eyelids as he wiped his mouth and ran off into the woods, leaving me for dead.
I tried to cry out for help but my lips were dry and cracked. I felt like just giving up, when I saw it. A bright orange bird was sitting on a tree close by, it almost looked as if it were on fire. I watched as it turned its head to look at me and began to fly over, perching right next to me on the cold ground. I watched a small tear streak down its face and I was surprised because I had no idea birds could cry.
I watched it slowly lean forward and rest it's beak onto my cheek before everything went black.
When I woke up in the hospital, my parents explained to me that I had been attacked by some sort of animal, but I wouldn't buy it. I remembered the big muscular man, clear as day. I also remember heading to the bathroom to see my eyes flashing purple in the lighting before finally solidifying as purple.
END OF FLASHBACK
"I was attacked by a vampire" I blurted and Isaac gave me an alarmed look "That day you found me half dead, laying on the forest floor. I was attacked by a vampire and a phoenix came up to me. The doctor's said it was impossible recovery, I lost almost all my blood."
"Your right, and I remember I saw your eyes flashing between purple and green but I thought it was just the sun or something" Isaac reminisced.
"Wait, then how am I not a vampire if I survived the bite?" I asked confused.
"The phoenix" Derek stated simply "The healing power of the phoenix heals everything, even becoming a super natural being." I raised my hand up to the spot on my neck that still had a silver teeth marking.
"So I can't die?" I asked incredulously.
"No, you can still die but it is less likely" Derek explained.
"Can you please let me up" Jackson groaned and my attention was drawn back to a Jackson pinned to the ground by none other than my brother. Isaac just shot him and glare and I rolled my eyes.
"Just let him up Isaac" I sighed and he gave me an upset look.
"He's the enemy Alex" Isaac growled.
"It's not like I try to be Lahey" Jackson grumbled and they began arguing but I wasn't listening. I was too busy forming a plan in my head.
"So Derek, you say that a phoenix can heal anything?" I ask curiously.
"Potentially yes" Derek shrugged.
"So would that go for my tears as well?" I guess curiously.
"I'd assume so, I'm not exactly an expert on phoenix healing" He stated and I turned my attention back to Jackson who just so happened to still be pinned.
"Let him up" I commanded.
"But-" Isaac started but I cut him off.
"Just let him up" I snapped and Isaac reluctantly got off of Jackson letting him up.
"Where did Derek bite you?" I demanded of Jackson.
"My stomach, why?" Jackson shrugged. I looked at his flat stomach and just saw the faintest trace of a bite mark. I motioned for him to lay on the bed and Isaac had a pained look on his face. I just rolled my eyes at him as I leaned over Jackson's toned chest. I scrunched my eyes up and opened them several times in an attempt to force myself to cry and soon enough a few tears slid down my nose and fell onto Jackson's torso.
I pulled back when Jackson cried out in pain and I watched his eyes flash to the yellow snake eyes of the Kanima. It took a few seconds and then finally his eyes brightened to a crystal blue and he start panting, out of breath.
"What the hell just happened?" Jackson asked between gasps of breaths.
"Alex just healed you, that's what" Derek stated calmly and I just smiled with pride.

Hey guys, I plan on adding more problems later on. I couldn't remember exactly where Derek had bitten Jackson, I'm pretty sure it was the stomach but I could be wrong. Anyway here's chapter 7 and I hope you enjoyed.
