Chapter 4- Why does Theo make me nervous?

After calculus we went to biology and we had a substitute so we ended up watching a movie i could barely pay attention though because stupid Theo was stroking my thigh.

I tried to get him to stop but, all he did was take my hand and smirk!  Damn Theo! I thought, he is making me nervous for when we hang out tonight! When biology was over I was literally praising god and thanking him. Theo thought it was hysterical and laughed when we were walking to our cars.

"So Theo how about you come over for around 5 and we can order take out and watch a movie and that shouldn't be a problem because you do live 2 houses down right?" He nodded and headed off to his car which was parked by Nikki's car oh great she is going give him hell because he was coming over and she was not.

Just then my phone started to ring it was playing Sexy and I know it by LMAFO. Have to love them, and it was Tyson it was his own personal ring tone.

I picked up and said "Hey my sexy brit what’s going on?"

 He laughed at his nickname and then said "Well I was just calling to talk to my best friend actually the one i love so very much!"

 Great, I thought he wants something. "Tyson you only say that when you want something what is it?"

 He sighed and said "You know me so well. So since you asked, I need you to come to this family dinner thing tomorrow night because I need a date. I just wanted to go with a friend because I’m not interested in anyone right now... so will you?"

I rolled my eyes and said. "Sure it's no problem it’s going to be dressy right and we're going to that restaurant we always go to with your family?"

 "Yeah, I knew I could count on you and have fun hanging out with Theo tonight!"

 I laughed and said "I will now bye Ty!"

"Bye Len!"

I got in my car and turned up the radio because my favorite song I feel like dancin by All Time low came on. I was singing at the top of my lungs and when I got to my house, I danced to my front door and pulled out my house keys remembering my dad was on a business trip and my mom probably wouldn't be home until tomorrow because with work she usually stay with my aunt when she gets done.

When I walked in the door I was greeted by my dog Blondie. I like to call her now, don't get me wrong she is a golden retriever and huge so she almost brings me down to the ground when she goes on hind legs because I'm only 5'4. Sad really.

Yes I am incredibly short or at least I think so! My friends all call me fun sized another reason why I am a fan of heels but that only brings me about to 5'7 and I’m still tiny compared to Theo which is why I usually stick to converse or my incredibly awesome heeled boots.

I greeted Blondie then when she calmed down, I went upstairs to take a shower and put on some different clothes. I sang My cowboy by Jessie James while in the shower. When I got out of the shower I walked into my room and decided to wear white denim shorts and a purple long sleeve shirt.

I straightened my hair and looked at the clock and saw it was 4:30. Guess it’s time to order Chinese food. I went downstairs and called the Chinese food place and remembered Theo's favorite Chinese and ordered it and the woman on the phone said it would be here in 45 minutes. Thank god for delivery places!

I went back upstairs and got a few movies to choose from and put them on the coffee table in the game room and made sure that I looked good. I don't know why I am so nervous it’s just Theo!!

‘But he's not just Theo anymore is he?’ My conscience asked.

 ‘Well no but yes and it doesn't matter we are just friends!’ I thought back.

‘ Okay whateves man I was just trying to help but whateves!! ‘My conscience said.

 I mentally glared and then was brought back to reality when the doorbell rang. I rushed down stairs and straightened up before opening the door to see Theo smiling and looking sexy while leaning against the door frame.

"Hey Lena." Theo said brightly.

 I smiled at him and said "Hey Theo want to come in?"

He nodded and we went inside. Breathe I told myself my conscience just smugly smirked.

‘ Ugh man can't I get a less annoying inner me i thought!’

 My conscience said ‘Yeah you can just go get another me at rent a conscience.’

I mentally glared and then said to Theo "The Chinese will be here soon."

 He smiled knowing I got his favorite. "Cool so what do you want to do until then?"

I raised an eyebrow and said "Well how about we watch a movie pretty boy!"

He laughed at my nickname and said "Sure whatever you want Len." I smiled at my nick name.

We went upstairs to the game room and I said "Pick any movie just nothing to girly!"

He chuckled and picked out a movie. I just hoped it wasn't anything too scary or I would have to go next door to Nikki's. When I saw the movie come up my eyes went wide he would pick Nightmare on Elm St. "Good choice." I liked the movie but it kind of crept me out.

We were sitting on the couch and I sat close to him where our sides were touching and I felt the heat and tingles rush through me. He put his arm on the back of the couch. My head was in Theo's chest for about 10 minutes until I heard the doorbell.

"I'll go get it!!" I said quickly embarrassed I blushed and walked out.

When I opened the door the delivery guy looked very familiar.

When I finally realized who it was I said "Oh hey Ben how much will the food be?"

 He looked up and smiled "That'll be $ 25.38 Lena." I smiled and got the money out and gave it to him just when he was about to leave Theo came down stairs and glared at him. Oh crap I thought.
