Latisha's POV
I walk away from Rich and head to the bar. I sit down and toss back a few more shots. "Shouldn't you be celebrating with Nini?" I hear.
I turn around and glare at Tony. "What are you doing here, T?"
"I was invited by Nini. She my friend too." She smiles.
"Bitch please. Don't be claiming my friends."
"Well we all went to high school together." Tony says.
"I remember."
"Lala, please don't push me away. I know you got a family and everything, but I love you. I need you to be in my life even if it is as a friend." She claims.
"Tony I just don't think I can be friends with you."
"Can you at least try?" She begs.
"I need time to think. Okay?"

I am awaken from a blissful nap by the sound of screaming children. I grunt and roll out of bed and walk into my sons's room."What are y'all doing?!" I scream as R.J. hangs from the top bunk. I run over to him and untangle him.
"Y'all kids are too bad for me." I sigh.
"Sorry mama." William says.
"Me too." Says R.J.
"Just watch a movie or something." I tell them as I put on cartoons. These kids are so fucking bad. I think they get the shit from my little brother, Marquel.
I walk downstairs and as soon as I sit down someone starts knocking on the door. I sigh and walk over to the door. When I open it I see Tony.
"How the hell did you find out where I live?" I demand.
"I might have called Dada." She says.
Dada, is my little sister and she has always been a fan of Tony. No matter how fucked up Tony is she can do no wrong to Dada.
"Well what do you want?" I wonder.
"Can I come in? Can we talk?"
"Fine, but we watching my soaps."
She sucks her teeth and walks in shaking her head. Tony hates watching soap operas with me. She sits down on the couch and I sit down on the other end.
"How many kids do you have?" Tony asks distracting me from my show. .
"Why don't you ask Dada?"
"Latisha Lyn." She says sternly. "Just answer the question, ma. Damn."
"Two." I say. "They're twins and they are upstairs watching cartoons."
"Boy or girl?" She wonders.
"Boys." I smile. "Just as bad as Marquel, though."
"That's what yo ass get for settling down with some man." She teases me.
"You don't even know Rich. He's nice and he treats me right. You should be happy for me." I tell her.
"He may treat you right, but does he love you right?" She asks as she scoots closer to me.
"What do you mean, T?" I ask.
"Does he kiss you like you deserve to be kissed? Does he touch you like you deserve to be touched? Does he make you feel like I make you feel?" She places her hand on my thigh and starts to move her hand higher.
"S-Stop." I stutter.
"Do you really want me to?" She asks.
"Mama!" One of my boys cries. I jump off the couch and run upstairs with Tony right behind me. I run into my kids's room and see one William laying on the ground holding his knee.
I pick him up and rock in my arms. "He jump 'gain mama." R.J. informs me.
"Which one is which?" Tony wonders.
"R.J. has a dimple and lighter eyes than William." I tell her.
"That's amazing."
"What is?" I wonder.
"You're really a mom." She smiles.
"It's so exhausting." I sigh. "Do you feel better, Will?"
"Yeah mama." I lay him down in his bed and then put R.J. in his for their nap.
"Have a nice nap." I say as I blow them kisses and close the door as I leave.
I go back downstairs and into the kitchen for something to eat. "Hungry?" I ask.
"Not for anything you can make in this kitchen." She smirks as I roll my eyes. "Besides, I am way too amused to eat."
"Amused by what?" I wonder.
"You have two sons and I just remember you always saying how one day you would have a daughter named Lamia Lyn."
"Well I finally realized that I can't pick my kids." I laugh.
"I guess there's a lot of things we can't control." Tony sighs.
"I think you should leave now. I have some errands to run when the twins wake up." I lie.
"Do you still love me?" Tony asks.
"Why would you ask that?"
"Answer the question, Lala." She insists.
"I will always love you Tony."
"That's not what I meant." She says. "Are you still in love with me?"
"I don't have feelings for you anymore, Tony." I tell her.
She walks around the island in the kitchen and stands infront of me. "Are you sure?" She asks as she slightly tilts her head to the side.
"Of course I am sure."
"Then why are you biting your lip so seductively?" She smiles.
"I am not in love with you." I repeat.
"Prove it." She steps closer to me and wraps her arms around me. "Push me away." She teases. She pulls me as close as possible and smashes her lips to mine.
"Don't wake up my kids." I tell her. She laughs as we make our way upstairs to my bedroom.
"I love you Latisha."
"I love you too Tony."
