Boyd the Lonely Boy

I was getting my math book out of my locker when Scott appeared.

"Hey." I said with a small smile.

"Hey wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked making my eyes widen.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Allison's parents are getting real suspicious so can you be my pretend girlfriend?" He asked making me pissed.

"I'm not going to be used like that." I said as I slammed my locker shut.

"Please just for a little while?" He said while running after me.

"What's in it for me?" I asked stopping in my tracks while crossing my arms over my chest.

"You get to help out your two best friends." He said with a smile.

"Oh I didn't know Stiles was dating Allison." I said sarcastically.

"Okay that hurt." He said making me roll my eyes.

"Please." He begged.

Gosh why does he have to be so cute?

"Fine I'll do it, but only for a couple days." I said before walking away.

What have I gotten myself into?

I walked down the hall before being stopped by Allison and Lydia.

"So you and Scott are dating?" Allison asked pretending she didn't know.

"You guys planned this out already?" I asked, Lydia nodded.

"Allison told Scott to ask you to be his girlfriend because she knew you wouldn't stab her in the back." Lydia said making me feel bad because I really like Scott.

"Thanks for doing this for us." Allison said with a smile.

"I'm doing this for you, not for Scott." I said sternly before the bell rang and we headed off to class.

School went by quick and before I knew it, it was lunch.

"You're letting him use you like that?" Malia asked while we walked to an empty table taking a seat.

"Well if I do this for Allison maybe she won't be mad after she finds out I like Scott." I whispered before Scott and Stiles showed up.

"Hey." Stiles said with a huge smirk, I guess Scott told him.

"Hi." I said as Scott sat next to me.

"So how is the happy couple?" Stiles asked with a little laugh.

"Shut up or I'll rip your head off." I said making Stiles shut up.

"Where is Boyd?" Scott asked changing the subject.

"Boyd, that kid that works at the ice skating rink?" Malia asked as Scott nodded.

That's when it hit me.

Derek goes after low self esteem teenagers.

Derek is going to turn Boyd.

"We need to find him." I said sternly.

Why can't I get a day off of protecting people?

I went with Scott to check and see if Boyd is at the rink.

We ran inside to see Boyd on the machine that makes the ice slippery.

"Boyd don't do it." Scott said as Boyd stopped the machine.

"Nothing is going to change my mind, not you, not the hunters, not anyone." He said sternly.

"Boyd if it's friends you want you can do so much better than Derek." I said before I heard footsteps.

"Well that's a little rude, I'm a great friend." Derek said with a smirk with Erica and Isaac behind him.

"Boyd he doesn't want to be your friend, he wants to use you." Scott said sternly.

"I wouldn't say that. Derek is a great friend, right Isaac?" Erica asked with a huge grin.

"Right." Isaac said with a smirk.

"You two are just his little guard dogs." I said making them mad.

Erica shifted and began to run at me.

I grabbed her by the throat and threw her back causing her to slide across the ice.

"That's cute, thinking you can hurt me." I said with a smirk.

"Boyd he just wants you for power." Scott said sternly.

"Exactly it is for power." Derek said as he shifted.

He began to run at Scott.

I shifted right before tackling Derek to the ground.

"I suggest you leave before I seriously hurt you." I said angrily once I pinned Derek.

I got off of him and Derek walked away with Erica and Isaac.

Boyd got off the machine and began to follow Derek.

"You don't want to be like them Boyd." Scott said while stopping him in his tracks.

"You're right, I want to be like you guys." Boyd said while flashing us his fresh bite before walking off.

This can't be good.
