Move

"Hey, wake up." Jin gently shook Yoongi's shoulder.
"We're moving tomorrow. We haven't done a single thing since we came back." Jin continued as he walked out of the room that he shares with Yoongi.
"Wake them up so, we can have breakfast and start packing." He ordered.
Yoongi got up and lazily made his way to the other members' rooms.
"Namjoon, wake up. Jungkook, wake up. We have to pack." He said knocking on the half opened door and moved to the next room.
"Jimin, Hoseok, wake up. Wake Taehyung up Jimin, will you? You know how he sleeps." He ordered the younger member.
"Yes, hyung." Jimin answered yawning.
Jimin then turned to Taehyung to start waking him up as he's a heavy sleeper.
"Hey, Taehyung! Time to wake up!" He called out repeatedly for a good five minutes but Tae did not budge. Jimin and Hoseok had to jump on his bed to get him to wake up.

Jin called the members from the dining room as he finished preparing their breakfast. "Chop-chop! We have to get moving!" He continued.
Everyone came out of their rooms half awake and yawning loudly. Others started stretching and the rest lined up in front of the bathroom to wash their faces. Jimin and Taehyung playfully pushed each other out of the way so they could go first.
"Cut it out you two! It's too early for that." Yoongi scolded the boys and moved up in front of them.
"Ahhhh! I think we just got tricked." Jimin whispered to Taehyung while looking at their older brother.
"That's your fault." Tae smacked Jimin in the arm.
"Why me?!" Jimin shouted and the arguing began. Yoongi just snickered in front, already used to the two boys' consistent bickering.
"Hyung, can I please go first? I really have to go. Please?!" Jungkook said cutting in front of Yoongi as soon as Hoseok came out.
Namjoon who was standing last in line bursted in laughter pointing at the three in front of him. "Did you all just got fooled by the maknae?!" He continued laughing. Jungkook let out a loud laugh inside the bathroom leaving Yoongi, Jimin and Taehyung glaring at the door.

The boys entered the dining room still arguing about the bathroom incident but stopped as soon as they saw what's on the table.
The boys were completely wowed with the amount of food Jin had prepared. There was rice, soup, fish, meat, five different side dishes and fruits.
Jungkook picked up a slice of watermelon and asked "Why do we have so much food, hyung?"
"Yeah, why so much, hyung?" Jimin repeated grabbing the watermelon from Jungkook and taking a huge bite out of it. He returned it with an evil smile as if he already got his revenge on the maknae.
"Well, we are moving to a new place tomorrow morning. I figured we should spend our last breakfast here deliciously. Don't you agree?" Jin explained.
Taehyung downed a small bowl of soup before talking."Couldn't agree more, hyung. You're a genius!"
"Ahhh. We are all geniuses to you." Namjoon teased.
"Stop talking. Let's eat!" Yoongi declared and everybody started digging in.
"We should hire a cook soon. I'm tired of Jin's cooking." Hoseok teased while making a funny face that cracked everyone up as they continued eating.

After eating, Yoongi suggested to split the chores so they can cover everything in their to-do list and start with their actual packing.
"That's a good idea since we won't clean up anything tomorrow." Jin and Namjoon agreed.
Jin started assigning tasks. "Namjoon, Yoongi and I will take care of fixing the rooms."
"Hoseok and Jungkook, living room and bathroom. Jimin and Taehyung, kitchen and taking out the trash." He continued.
Everyone else grunted in unison and each one started with the task assigned to them.
"We better hurry. We have to go to the practice room later because we won't be doing any work tomorrow." Namjoon said being the good leader that he is.
"Yeah. I need to finish the lyrics of our new song too." Yoongi agreed, remembering the pending workload he has.

The boys started cleaning up their dorm. Hoseok with the "maknae" line goofing around as always.
"I will slay you with my sharp sword!" Jungkook shouted waving the broom's stick at Hoseok who immediately raised his broom to fight back.
Taehyung grabbed the mop and ran to join in the sword fight in the living room "Jungkook! I'll be your ally! Let's defeat him together!"
"Well then! I'll be Hoseok's strong ally!" Jimin said grabbing another mop. The four started chasing each other with their brooms and mops.
"Kids! Stop goofing around and get to work!" Yoongi, the dad of the group shouted at them from the other room. "Or else, I'll join you and beat the shit out of you boys!" He said with a gummy smile on his face.
The young members laughed at their hyung and went back to their chores.
"I hate chores." Taehyung said with a sigh while walking back to the kitchen where dirty dishes waited for him and Jimin.
"Don't we all?" Jimin seconded with a laugh. "Let's get these done so we can play video games."

"Okay boys! You all did great today. That's a wrap!" The boys' choreographer announced.
"Thank you, Mr. Son!" The boys bowed as the choreographer left the room.
The sweat-drenched boys who danced tirelessly for three straight hours laid down on the practice room's floor to catch their breath. The staff then came in to give them each a bottle of water to cool down

"I think we should do the dance one more time before we pack up. What do you guys think?" Namjoon asked still panting.
The younger members all complained pleading to call it a day.
"Hyung, are you trying to kill us?" Jungkook said as he sprawled back on the floor.
"Are you guys being lazy?" The leader said eyeing the members with a raised eyebrow.
"No, hyung. It's just been a long day and we all need to rest for our move tomorrow." Jimin explained siding with Jungkook.
Hoseok defending the other two members, said. "Actually, we move later. It's already 2 in the morning guys. I think we should go home."
Namjoon, genuinely shocked that it was already that late looked at the wall clock to confirm the time. However, the boys practiced one more time before heading home, anyway .
"You guys go on ahead. I'm going to finish a few things first." Yoongi said as he walked out of the room after the dance practice.
"I'll keep him company. The rest can go home and sleep." Namjoon said concluding their work for the day and disappearing into the studio next door.

The rest of the members packed their stuff and got on the service van waiting in front of the agency building for them.
"Ah! This has been a REALLY busy day!" Taehyung complained while raising his feet on the dahsboard of the passenger seat.
"Yeah. And tiring too, but, this is just until we move so, stop complaining." Jin reminded the younger member.
"Hmmm. I wonder who our neighbors will be?" Jimin said making a naugthy smile turning to Jungkook.
"Do you wish that there would be idol girls where we will move?" Jungkook asked matching Jimin's mischievous smile.
"I wish!" Taehyung interrupted, sharing a wide grin while he faced the two boys.
"Aha! That changed your mood all of a sudden!" Hoseok exclaimed.
"Is that what's bothering you, Tae?" Jin questioned.
"Ah. No. No. No. Of course not, hyung!" He said. "Sometimes, I just wonder when are we going to be allowed to date or whatever. You know." He explained defensively.
"I don't think they ever told us that we can't though." Jin answered him.
"Really?! So we can date?!" Jimin and Jungkook simultaneously said with a little more excitement than when they hear about food.
"Ah. These kids! We won't be able to have time for that anyway. Specially now with our crazy schedule. Besides, do you seriously think our boss will put us in a dorm with other idols and girls  as neighbors? There's no way." Hoseok said.
"That's true. We don't need any rumors surrounding us as early as now in our careers. We have a long way to go." Taehyung sighed with a hint of disappointment. "I would probably have time to date when I'm 30."
"You'll be too old then idiot!" Jimin chuckled. "Me? I'll date when I find the right person. Whether it be when I'm 30 or tomorrow." He said laughing.
"Me too!" Jungkook agreed with a big smile.
"In that case. Since I'm the eldest, I should date first." Jin concluded joining in the laughing.
The vehicle fell silent after a few minutes as each member looked out their window. Only sighs were audible for the duration of their trip home as they thought to themselves.

"Guys! Wake up! The moving vans will be here in 30 minutes. Let's get ready!" Jin shouted from the bathroom door after showering.
"I haven't even had a wink of sleep yet, hyung." Yoongi lifelessly muttered while sipping coffee in the dining.
"Kids, you better get up before I kick your butts!" Namjoon yelled from the kitchen while taking out the last carton of milk from their fridge.
"Can I have some of your coffee, hyung?" Taehyung asked taking the cup from Yoongi.
"Jungkook, let's get something to eat from the convenience store downstairs. Hoseok, you wanna come with?" Jimin invited.
"While you're at it, get us all something for the road. Yes?" Jin said to Jimin and turned to Taehyung. "Tae, start stacking up the boxes."
"On it." Taehyung answered.
"I'going to miss this place" Yoongi said looking around the house.
"We all will." Hoseok seconded.
"This place has a lot of our memories, good and bad, but, we are now moving forward. Cheers to a brighter future!" Namjoon said poetically and chugged down the milk in his glass.
"No crying!" Jimin shouted.

"Tae! There's a stack of small boxes left in the van. Go get them." Yoongi ordered his favorite brother.
"Yes, hyung." Tae answered and walked back to the elevator.
