Chapter 14: Names and Godparents

I sat in my car with a pair of binoculars lookin in her house. I can't believe she left me for him. What kinda shidd is that? Thats ight tho. I can get her back. Bcuz what I want,

I get.

Jordin POV

After breakfast we all sat in the livin room watching tv and talkin. Sparkin up a conversation.

"Have yall thought of any names?" Trey asked.

"Ooo how about Sharkisha?" Chris exclaimed.

"Foo!" Tyga smacked him in the back of his head.

"Ow! I was just askin damn!" He said rubbin his head.

"I mean y'all can always name ha' afta' me. Since I'm da' godfatha' an' all."  August smiled.

Chris sucked his teeth. "Mane lies you tell. Imma be the godfather."

"You thought."

"All y'all are wrong! Cuz it's gon be me." Trey intercepted.

Everybody looked at him.

"What?" He shrugged.

"Hell naw!" Everybody said. We all laughed.

"Mane that's messed up." He shook his head.

"Awe Twey." Nicki pouted while caressin his cheek.

He jerked away, "Don't!" He rolled his eyes.

"Well since August and Jordin WILL be the godparents. I was thinkin Jordin can pick the name." Coco answered.

"Okay. If it's a boy... Mykell. And if it's a girl... Jayde." I answered.

"So you know what that means." Coco cheesed.

"Yes I do." I smiled and rolled my eyes.

"Well shidd I don't." Tyga said.

"Right feel a nigga in." August commented.

"Awe well when me, Ciara and Coco were in either Middle or High school. We made a pact. When one of us has a baby whoever the the godmother is names it." I explained.

"Then whatever the child's first name is it has to be the godmother's child's middle name." Ciara finished.

The guys looked at us confused so we gave an example.

I chuckled at their faces, "For example, I named Coco's babygirl's first name Jayde right?"

They nodded their heads. "So that means Jayde has to be my babygirl's middle name."

"Oh ight I got it." They said in unison.

We laughed.

"So you like Jayde and Mykell?" Coco asked Tyga.

"Oh I'm wit it baby." He kissed her cheek and placed his hand her not, yet, showing belly.

I couldn't be more happy for my friends. But for some reason I kept feelin somebody was watching me. I brush off the feelin and got back engaged with our conversation.
