Chapter 17: Lemme Cater To You

Jordin POV

I cradled Coco in my arms. She told me what happen. Its bad to lose your child. But it's even worse to lose your first child.

She ended up falling asleep. I slowly unwrapped my arms from around her and laid her back on the couch. I just wanted to make sure that she was okay. Tomorrow imma get the girls together and we gon have a girls' day.

But for now... I have to get home so I can fix dinner. I got in my car and drove to the house.

When I got there I noticed all the lights were out. I stepped in the house and only saw a dim glow.

"August?" I called.

I walked towards the kitchen and saw he made dinner. He came up behind me and took off my jacket and purse putting them both on separate hooks.

"Hey babyeh." He kissed my cheek and took me in the dining room. "Tonight is all about you. Just relax."

He pulled out my chair and I sat down. For dinner August made stuffed chicken with rosemary, spinach, and penne pasta. It looked so good.

"August? Whats all this about?"

He just smirked at me. "I jus' wanna show ya' how much I luh ya'."

We sat down and ate. August honestly went out. He got my most favorite wine ever. And it's my favorite flavor.

After dinner he took me upstairs. He said he's gon give me a massage.😏
