I whipped the tear away and slung the bathroom door open surprising Jake and making him almost fall.

"What is it baby?" he asked nervously.

I handed him the tests, he took them but kept eye contact with me. Finally he looked down at them, My heart pounded waiting for his reaction.

"I'm a father!" Jake yelled at the top of his lungs, before running into the living room and grabbing chris in his arms and spinning him around.

"Dude.. Congratulations... But I'm going to barf... On you." chris gasped as he was spun.

Jake finally dropped him then ran back to me. He stopped just in front of me like he was afraid to hurt me and then gently hugged me, I grinned up at him.

"So when do you wanna tell your momma because I'm going to call mine now." my mouth dropped open.

"Do I got to tell her?" I pouted Jake kissed my lips gently letting my enjoy the softness of his lips.

"Amy I say we tell her today I'll go with you, the sooner the more time she has to get used to it."

"She is going to kill me Jake seriously! She even told me before I left for corpus and I qoute 'But baby's come back with you!' that's her saying be safe!" I frowned

Chris busted out laughing. "Amy your mom really is going to kill you!"

"Shut up Chris!" I yelled.

Jake took me into his room and away from a hyistarical chris.

"Amy she isn't going to kill you she is your mother she loves you now she might be upset at first but you will be fine."

"Okay." I sighed.

Jake and I got ready to go tell my mom the big news. Finally we stood outside my front door, I was trying to work up the courage to go in.

"Amy it's okay I promise everything will be okay." Jake smiled warmly.

"Oh how do you know that huh? How do you know she won't blow up and forbid me to see you or I don't know dis own me?" I scowled at Jake he always seemed so calm I don't know how he did it.

"Trust me." I sighed knowing he was right I had to tell her.

All of the sudden the front door opened to reveal my mom standing there smiling.

"Is there a reason you have just been standing there?"

I grinned nervously. "Oh we were just talking before we came in. Uh hey mom can we come in?" my mother eyed me suspiciously.

"Of course honey you do live here." we walked in and she shut the door. "What's wrong with you?"

I giggled awkwardly. "Nothings wrong with me why would you think something was wrong?" my mom obviously wasn't buying it and Jake was shaking his head like I wasn't doing to well.

"Okay kiddo spill the beans, why did y'all come over on the break?" my mom folded her arms and I panicked.

"Oh just to say hi we will be leaving now love ya snookems!" I spun around and headed for the door but jakes devilishly long arms caught me first.

"Amy tell her." jakes voice was calming and reassuring but not enough to make me tell her.

"I don't know what your talking about Jacob, can we go now please." I smiled but really was cursing him in my head. Jake sighed.

"Fine if that's how you wanna be, Mrs. Smith we came over today." I cut him off.

"JAKE! stop it now!" I screeched but he didn't listen.
