{Perspective: Mike's Perspective

The car ride was eerily quiet, until I heard a voice clear up. "If he needs to eat, he can. I won't mind." I looked over to see Tony speaking towards Vic.

"I-I mean if you're fine with that then that's fine." Everyone was giving each other these death glares or worried glances, acting as if I was oblivious to every single one. "So, you're fine with it?"

"I mean, he's going through a breakup Vic. He really needs you, Jaime and I can catch up then you and Mike can have some brother time." Vic's smile shrunk quickly as the words dropped out of Tony's mouth.

"I'll head home, guys. No big deal." I looked over at Tony again, this was the first time he looked at me. Face to face. I looked at his whole face, he didn't look any different besides that his eyes were obviously tired; did I really hurt him that much? I couldn't of done that to him...

"Tony." I whisper, glancing up at Vic; making sure he didn't hear me. "I'm sorry." My stomach twisted as I saw his hand clench up, yet he quietly turned towards me. Tears gathered into his waterline, the inner battle dripping from his eyes. His broken expression, tearing me apart as I slowly looked down at my worn out shoes. I reached my hand out towards him.

"Don't." He mumbled. I don't want to leave him like this, I don't want to leave a half finished story. "Please, let me heal on my own."

And that's exactly what I did.
