This story ended abruptly, I realize. As I've been writing this story or any other story I have begun working on, I began to lose interest in it. I do want to become a writer at some point, which in turn will most likely not happen. I personally think my writing sucks and is not something people enjoy, I ended this story so quickly because of that.
I didn't want to continue the set plot I had and thought it would be easier to end it with a guilt driven Mike. For whatever reason, that reflects what I have been feeling because I feel guilty for not giving you all my best efforts in writing.
I may later return to this story and continue the set plot, but for now this story is over.

If I do not revisit this story, there most likely will be a short story of Mike's life after this or I may start a new Perrentes all together.
I'm sorry I did not put my best efforts towards the completion of this book, thank you for reading it.
