The day ended quite quickly with your new friends around. You had so much fun, you didn't even realize it was time to leave! Your group was hanging outside of the school. "Aww man! What a day!" Shin Woo yawns and stretches. "Yeah, with all the sleeping you did today, it was rough, huh?" Ikan grinned while shaking his head. "What didja say?!" Shin Woo slapped him on the shoulder. "Knock it off, Shin Woo! You know he's right!" Suyi commented, Yuna nodding in agreement. "No way! Yuna too?! (Y/n), Rai, you're on my side right?!" You held up your hands in surrender. "I'm sorry.. I have to agree on this." Rai slightly nodded as well. "I fee like I'm being bullied!" Shin Woo threw his arms up. "You're a bully too!" Ikan adds. Shin Woo coughs in embarrassment before turning to you. "Anyway, did you want to come with us to the arcade today?" You sadly smiled. "I would love to, but I have paper work to finish.." You sagged your shoulders. "Bummer.. That's okay! We'll go tomorrow so we can go together!" Suyi clasped her hands. "That's sounds like a plan to me!" Ikan agreed, adjusting his glasses. "Me too!" Yuna said and turned to Rai. "Do you agree too, Rai?" Rai nodded again. "It's settled! Tomorrow we battle!" Shin Woo fist pumps in the air. You laugh and gave the girls a hug. "Well, I have to go the opposite direction." Yuna shook her head. "Don't worry, ( Y/n)! We can walk you home!" You put your hands on your hips. "Guys, it's okay! I don't live too far away!" Suddenly, you feel a hand lightly touch yours. You turned to find Rai next to you. "I will walk her home.. All of you head to Frankenstein's house." The girls give you a knowing grin before pushing the guys to the direction of Frankenstein's house. "Okay Rai! We will see you then! Bye, (Y/n)!!" Suyi shouted over her shoulder. "Wha? Wait!.." Ikan stutters. "What's going on?!" Shin Woo shouts in confusion. "I'll tell you later!" Yuna whispers as the four of them disappeared around the corner, leaving you and Rai alone. 'Wwwwhhhaaatt?! Why those little!'

The streetlights turned on as the sun went down. Both you and Rai were headed toward your house. It was quiet most of the way, the crickets chirping in the neighborhood and a few 'meows' of stray cats can be heard. You had thought that things would be awkward since Rai does not talk much. But you actually were enjoying the nice stroll. You decided to break the silence. "It feels so nice outside today!" You smile at Rai. As soon as your eyes meet, you quickly look away. 'Damnit! Why does my heart keep beating so fast!?' "It does feel nice.." His smooth voice interrupts your thoughts. You looked at the corner of your eyes to find him smiling softly at you. 'God why is he so attractive?!?' "Um... Thanks for walking me home, Rai." You cursed inwardly to yourself as you found yourself stuttering. "You didn't have to.." Why can't you keep it together? "I wanted to." You blink and blush at Rai's answer. "Do you not like me to?" You faced Rai and shook your head. "NO! I like you! I mean.. I like you here! Walking with me.." Your face was beet red at your words. What was wrong with you?! You hear a noise that sounded like a chuckle; Was..Rai laughing? "We are here." When did you get in front of your apartment?

Fireflies began to light up in front of your apartment building as night has came. You notice Rai's eyes were slightly glowing red. To most, it would scare them. You, however, felt a sense of calm. A sense of longing and comfort. Your heart beats faster the longer your eyes lock with his. Slowly, your hand reaches up and cups Rai's cheek. He never flinched or backed away. His red eyes never leaving your (eye color) ones. His hand held yours on his cheek as a small sigh escaped his lips. You both began to lean in, foreheads touched and lips so close. You feel the comforting heat radiating through your body. Your eyes begin to flutter shut until your cellphone began to ring, snapping you back to reality. You couldn't control your heated face as you step away. Rai's hand lingers in the air where you were standing until falling to his side. "Er.. I'm sorry. I should go now.. Goodnight Rai." You turned and walked into your door, cursing as you unlocked it. "Goodnight (Y/n)." You paused at his voice before closing your door behind you. 'Don't sound so sad..' You leaned on the door to hold your head. 'It hurts me...' This feeling that you've been getting, is there more to it? Why do you feel this way? And why Rai? It always feels like you've known him from some where. Why does your heart hurt when he sounded so sad? You flinch as your cellphone rings again, signaling that you have a text message. You pull out your phone to read it.

You threw your phone on the couch, face as red as a tomato. 'Darn it, Suyi!! I'll get you for this!' You groaned and stomped towards your bathroom. 'I need a cold shower... Damn I have to finish the paperwork! Shower first..'
