When Every Thing Fails

You all must be wondering by now, " what does Stan really do that makes him sound like such a negative chap?" , " Is Stan a good guy or a bad one? " . Well, the answers to these questions are as easy as they are complicated. Stan was a really bright student in school but right after his parents and sister were killed, he had to drop out of school, he was looked down upon as an orphan, his mammy had to take up the job of a housemaid in the nearby houses to Cope with the fanacial crises they were in. It seemed to him as if the sky had fallen on his head and at that time the only strength he got to keep moving was what he got from me and his mammy.

I've been his best friend since we both were kids and I've known him and his family very closely. When he got the news of his family's accident , he dropped down to the floor faster than a stack of cards. For 10 minutes he didn't know how to react to it , he kept looking at everyone for help but couldn't find any. He picked himself up and just started running aimlessly on the road. He didn't really know where he was going but he kept on running and I was right behind, running after him in fear of him doing something to himself on hearing the news.
