I sat at the mini kitchen table with Charlie and Bella in an awkward silence. "Where did you go?" Charlie speaks up "I went soul searching." I say. Charlie slams his fist on the table making Bella and I jump. "With that guy? And you only tell us with a letter? What the hell were you soul searching, we were worried Willow! your mother left you under my care! Damn it you can't just leave like that. You can't" Charlie softens his voice with a slight crack in the end.
I look down not sure what to say. "I'm sorry." "I'm sorry I left I promise this time I won't leave unless I tell you!" I say. Charlie gets up and hugs me. "You are so much like your mother Willow, you have her eyes." He kisses the top of my head. "Isn't that a Harry Potter reference?" Bella asks. I nod and laugh. "Now both of you go catch up or something, I have to go to work. There's been some uh things happening." Charlie says. I nod and Bella and I head up stairs into my room. "We have to talk." She says. I nod in fear that she knows what I am.
We enter my room and I go sit on my bed. Bella locks the door. "Why didn't you tell me that your a vampire and why are you hiding it?" She bombards me. "I just wanted to keep you safe and it was not my place." I say referring the Cullen's. "Not your place? Willow I'm your cousin!" She runs her hand through her messy hair. "I know I know! But with Edward and shit with the Volturi I couldn't. I needed you to figure it out on your own and you clearly did." I say making a weird hand gesture. "Do you have any special abilities like Edward, Jasper and Alice." I slightly flinch at the name of Jasper.
"Yeah I have a few actually." I stand up and blink revealing my true form. "Wow." Bella breathes. I turn invisible and Bella gasps "no way." I turn back and smile "yes way." I take her hand and lead her downstairs and outside to the back yard. "Willow what are we doing its starting to rain." Bella asks "exactly" I beam. I summon water and toss it at Bella. "What the hell?" She screeches. "Are you crazy?" "Maybe" I use heat and dry her off. I stomp and the ground cracks a little. The dirt that came up when I shook the ground I flew it up and created a mini tornado. "Wow" Bella looks in amazement. "I know." I grin. "Can your precious Edweirdo do that" I playfully taunt. "No he can just read minds" she mumbles "HA! Exactly my point." I sing.
"Oh Willow I almost forgot." Bella says. "What did you forget." I say "that I'm staying at the Cullen's tonight." I groan at the mention of their name "Bella it's been a month or something, Jasper misses you he's not the same. He doesn't hunt or anything. He just wanders the forest in search of you. You should come and see him, it's not fair." Bella says. I huff "fine but I won't enjoy it." "Let's go pack a bag" with that we head back inside and get some clothes.
