Disclaimer: Project Diva X is out!... and I can't get it. At least I got to see all the songs from a stream last Wednesday.

Talking to Kurama~~~
The next month was quite hectic. Satoshi was training with his parents to learn how to use his ghoul powers, while Sasuke was with Kakashi-sensei, training. I trained a bit, teaching myself a few new things, but other than that, I lazed around. I worked at Kitsune no Yomeiri, at Telma's place, and at the hospital, checking up on Lee and Hinata.
One day, while I was lazing around, a crow landed on my kitchen window, a letter attached to it's leg. Opening the window, I let it in and untied the letter. Getting a small tray and bowl, I filled them with bird food and water before setting it on the dining table. "Go on." I softly said, and the crow helped itself with the free food. Opening the letter, I read it.
'Dear Rin,
I am coming to Konoha for a quick visit before travelling again. I know that the last part of the chuunin exams are coming up, so I wanted to know if you wanted to meet up at some time. I have been informed of your success, and wanted to celebrate with you.
From your godfather, Jiraiya.'
'Kyoufu* is coming to visit? Might as well, I haven't seen him since I was 7.' I thought ask I grabbed a pen and paper, writing a response. Once I was done, I waited for the crow to finish eating before tying my letter on his leg. Gently picking him up, I opened the window and let him fly.
Just as I close the window, I heard a knock on my door. "Coming!" I yelled, and I opened the door to see Satoshi. "Rin! You wanna come over to my house?" he asked. "Sure. Why, may I ask?" I asked back. "I wanted to hang out with you, and to show you about my progression." he explained. "Sure. Just for dinner, or...?" "You can sleep over if you want." he said. "Sure. Just let me get my things. You can come in if you want."
Letting him in, he sat on the couch as I ran upstairs and into my room, grabbing some PJs, clothes, a few toiletries, and some other things before stowing it in a bag and running back downstairs. "Let's go." We walked out and I locked up the place, following Satoshi to his house.
When we arrived, I was greeted by his parents. "Rin! So nice to see you." his mother said. "Nice to see you Mebuki-san, Kizashi-san." I said, bowing. "Satoshi, why don't you lead her to your room so that she can put her stuff away?" his mother suggested, and we went up the stairs. Entering a room, I saw Satoshi's quaint room.
There was a bed leaning on the left side of the room, a desk right next to the door, and a closet on the right. "Nice room." I said. "Thanks. It isn't as nice as the one at your house." "You mean our house. It is yours and Sasuke's as well." I corrected him. "Speaking of which, I need to add a few more things in there." I murmured.
Dropping my stuff on the floor, we went downstairs and back out the house. "We'll be back before dinner!" Satoshi yelled to his parents. Leaving the house, we walked along the streets. "So, where to?" I asked. "The training grounds first, then we can get some dessert for after dinner." He explained. Going over to Training Grounds 7, Satoshi went to the centre.
Activating his kagune and ghoul powers, the same wing-like features came out of his back. However, there was something new. "So you're a chimera ghoul?" I said slyly. "Yup. It came out a few days ago." He had a rinkaku now, and it was white and red. "Now that I think of it, it seems like I've seen that kind of kagune before."
Taking out a small scroll, I unsealed it and summoned the Haruno book from the library. Flipping the pages, I went over to the ukaku and rinkaku page. "Your ukaku is like Touka Haruno's kagune, and your rinkaku is like Hanami Haruno's kagune." I said, showing him the sketched picture in the book. "Maybe you're directly related to them. It says here that each ghoul has a different kagune unless they are directly related to them."
"I'll ask my parents. I never asked anything in depth about it." Jumping up, he shot projectiles from his wings before landing and using his tentacles to destroy a tree. "Hmm, I think that you should practice using your ukaku and rinkaku at the same time. Right now, you have to go to the ground in order to use your rinkaku, but it's best if you can use your rinkaku while in the air." He nodded. "Got it."
After a while of training, we stopped at around 5:30 and decided to go get our dessert. "What do you want?" I asked. "I was thinking of dango. What about it?" "Sure." "Great! I know this really good place close by." Grabbing my wrist, he lead me to a small store. "Welcome back, Satoshi!" a old woman said. "Are you here with your friend?" she asked. "Yup. Here's Rin!" he introduced me. "It's nice to meet you, ma'am." I bowed. "It's nice to meet you too. What would you like today?" she asked.
"I'll have 3 anko dango." I said. "I'll have one kinako, one hanami, and one anko." Satoshi said. "Coming right up!" As we waited for our dango, we talked a bit before we received our orders. After paying, we went back to Satoshi's place, where we had dinner.
"So, how was training?" Kizashi-san asked. "It was good. I have one suggestion, though, Kizashi-san, Mebuki-san." "Go ahead." Mebuki-san said. "I suggest that you train Satoshi with both of his kagune. He is a chimera ghoul after all, so it is best if he learns to use both of his kagunes in both situations, air and land. Currently, he can only use his ukaku and rinkaku separately. It would be best if he could use them at the same time."
"I see. We'll take that into account. Is there anything else?" Kizashi-san asked. "Yes. I have one last question."
"Are you two related to any ghoul directly?" I asked.
"...And why would you need to know this?" they asked. "Satoshi's ukaku is just like Touka Haruno's and his rinkaku is just like Hanami Haruno's. Each ghoul has their own special kagune, only if they are very closely related." I explained. The two looked at each other before turning back to us. "Yes, we are. My mother was Touka Haruno," Kizashi-san started. "And my mother was Hinami Haruno. We were going to tell you about it later, but it seems like your friend noticed, Satoshi." Mebuki-san explained.
After a bit more of talking and eating, we finished dinner. "You two can take your dessert upstairs. I set up the futon already." Mebuki-san said, and we went up. As we ate our dango, we decided to play truth or dare. After a few rounds, it was my turn again. "Satoshi, truth or dare?" I asked. "Hmm, truth." I inwardly smirked. 'Time to put my plan into action.'
"Who do you have your eye on?"
"Rin!" he yelled, clearly embarrassed. "You totally planned this out, didn't you?" "Yup. You know it. So, who is it?" I asked again, waiting for him to answer. "...Hinata." I squealed. "Really?! You two would be such a cute couple!" I said, fangirling my heart out. He sighed. "I regret telling you that."
"Operation SatoHina has started!"
"Wait, what?!"
