Hero (Pagan Min fanfiction)

Chapter 2

After Ajay left the dining hall I just stayed seated, I was too scared to leave. I knew that if I did Pagan Min would probably kill me or something. My thoughts got interrupted by someone walking in the room....

Pagan: "I'm back- Wait... where's Ajay?"

Me: "I..I don't know, he just left and didn't tell me where he was going..."

Pagan: "Hm... GUARDS! Go find Ajay Ghale, and bring him back here alive! Understand?"

Soldier: "Yes king Min."

Pagan: "Good, now go look for him..."

The soldiers left the palace to go look for Ajay and I just sat at the table waiting for Pagan to say something... or to leave....

Pagan: "Go clear your head, dear. I have business to attend to, we'll have dinner later tonight."

Me: "Okay... sir."

Pagan chuckled at what I had said.

Pagan: "Oh just call me Pagan, I don't like the sound of sir."

Me: "Sorry... Pagan."

He left the room and went to go attend to whatever he was doing and I got up from the table and walked outside. ~Wow, this place is beautiful~ I decided to take a walk into the forest and just clear my mind and contemplate for a little bit. And the view was absolutely breath taking! But suddenly I bumped into this man.

Me: "Ouch!"

???: "My apologies miss.... whoa."

He said in amazement of some kind.

Me: "Uhm... it's fine sir, it's my fault."

He came closer to me and just stared at me like I was fresh meat or something, he took a few steps closer and put his hand on my rear.

Me: "Hey! What are you doing!?!?!?!"

I slapped his face and backed away from him hoping he would just piss off.

???: "Where are you going??? I don't bite..."

I started running away from him. I ran for about 2 minutes until I tripped on a twig.

Me: "Shit!"

I fell to the ground in panic, I saw him getting closer to me and when he finally got 2 feet away from me he lunged on top of me so I couldn't move.

???: "Don't make a sound!"

I got so scared and I tried screaming but he put his hand over my mouth.

???: "Shutup bitch!!"

I tried clawing at his hands to be released but nothing worked, I even tried kicking and doing everything else, but I still couldn't escape from his hold. My mind started running wild with thought of only one person, ~Pagan...~ I could only think of Pagan in this situation, I wish I was with him right now in the palace. ~Why didn't I just stay inside with Pagan?~ 

The man yanked my t-shirt off and ripped of bra, he then tried taking off Pagan's pink suit pants and as soon as he tried doing that I immediately started thinking of Pagan again. So I gathered up all the strength in my body and elbowed him in the ribcage. I assumed that I broke a few of his ribs so I was able to flee from his grip. I had no top or bra but I still had on Pagan's pants, and my tennis shoes. I ran in the direction of the palace until I came face to face with the man again, ~What the fuck?? How did he-~ my thoughts were interrupted by him speaking.

???: "You think you can run huh? Well nice try bitch, I'm everywhere, I'm your worst nightmare!"

Tears started to form in my eyes and I just decided to give up, I couldn't take it. He started to walk towards me with a dagger in his hand when suddenly..... BOOM! He fell dead to the fell ground, someone shot him. I looked to my right notice Pagan and one of his soldiers with a sniper.

Me: "PAGAN!"

I was so relieved to see Pagan but also very embarrassed at the same time, I remembered that I was topless with no bra on. But I didn't care at this point, I was so happy to see Pagan, I ran towards him and he gave me hug, and at this point in time I felt so safe in his arms...

Pagan: "Thank god your okay, dear. I was worried about you. But I must ask, what happened? Why are you topless? And pardon me for looking..." He said blushing.

Tears just started pouring down my eyes when he completed his sentence.

Me: "That man tried to rape me. I accidentally ran into him while taking a walk in the forest and he just started to assault me. He took off my top and my bra and he also tried taking off my pan- your pants. And then I st-" Pagan interrupted me by bringing back into his arms and hugging me tighter.

Pagan: "No need to worry anymore, dear. You're safe with me. I won't let anything happen to you. Now let's get you back home."

His words made me feel safer around him, ~Am I starting to develop feelings for him? No no no, how could I even think that. He's just being nice to me. I can't like him, I won't! But I do... NO! He's not the man for me, he's a dictator, a tyrant, and I can't fall in love with him, I just can't!~

Me: "How did you know where I was?"

Pagan: "I saw you walk outside into the forest, and when it had been 40 minutes since you'd been gone I decided to go looking for you with one of my guards just in case you were in trouble, and it seems you were. Lucky you didn't go to far."

Me: "I shouldn't have left the palace, I'm sorry."

Pagan: "Don't ever apologize to me about something like that! You didn't know that this would happen, dear. It's not your fault."

We walked back to Pagan's palace and I was honestly horrified that something bad was gonna happen on the way back.

Pagan: "Finally we're back! Now, let me escort you to your room."

Pagan took my hand and walked me to my room and I began to blush as he held my hand. ~No, I don't like him~

Pagan: "Here we are, dear. Enjoy your room and if you need anything just call or text me, I left my number for you on the desk, bye!."

Me: "Bye...."
