It was a crisp fall Monday morning in October, Max walked to school in her black hoodie and black jeans with rips in them, she was way too skinny for her age but she didn't care. It's been 2 years since her parents disowned her, no one knew why Max was so depressed, and Max just stayed to herself a lot. Madeline, a cross country runner, also a closeted lesbian, was secretly falling for Max, but she didn't know Max was born a boy. Max has a slight suicidal problem, and that's why she always wore jeans and hoodies, long sleeve shirts, almost anything to cover up her body.
When Max walked through the halls she had a few books in her hands, and Madeline rushing to history class ran into Max. Madeline had no clue it was Max at first but Madeline instantly started to pick up Max's books.
"Thanks..." Max said, very hesitant.
Madeline handed Max the books.
"No problem" Madeline smiled making Max smile softly. No one ever saw Max smile.
Max bit her lip.
"Oh you dropped this paper" Max said
Max picked the paper up seeing the LGBT pride flag, barely, but Madeline snatched the paper.
"Oh thanks!" She smiles trying to hide everything. "I should get to history now! Bye.."
Madeline walked off quickly, Max watched kinda glad she knew she wasn't the only one that was part of the LGBT community.
"Woah..." She said to herself. "That girl was flawless"

(Ok guys! So I'm sorry if this isn't very good, I try, I'm super busy a lot as well but I want some feedback! Thx xoxo ~~M)

(PS! the story will be in Max's POV if I don't say anything k? K!)
