Hey ppl... Sorry for the late update...
Beep..... Beep....
My alarm rang... I groaned, stretching my arm towards the side-table, banging the clock, making the ringing stop abruptly. That's more better. I pulled the blanket over my head, attempting to go back to sleep (which was not difficult, trust me..). But as soon as i started drifting, my Mom's voice came from downstairs, "Hazel! Wake up! You'll be late for school..."
I was fully awake now.I sighed. It was a school-day. I forced myself out of bed and started getting ready for yet another day.
I was ready in half an hour. I went downstairs. Dad was sitting on the dining table reading the newspaper. I greeted them, grabbed my sandwich from the table and hurried on my way, closing the door shut behind me.
It was a fifteen minute walk. I half jogged and half ran... Since I hated entering the class late(or else..the best seats were taken away). I had chemistry first. On seeing the seat beside the window, at the back of the class, I heaved a sigh of relief.
The class filled up quickly after that. I usually hated chemistry and was not in a particularly good mood today. The professor came into the class, announcing the chapter to discussed today. After ten minutes of trying to pay attention, I gave up and took out my sketch book. I didn't even realise I had sketched the same pair of eyes I was trying to forget for a long time, when I was done. They were intriguing.. The bell had rung. The period was over. Well, that was one good thing.
I hurriedly left for the next class...******
