Hey guys... Its been a long time! Anyways I won't delay any longer.
It was the third period going on... I mean, can time go so slow? The minute hand dragged itself in such a way, it seemed it had stopped moving at all. Nita had noticed this morning that something was off with me. Yep, her words, not mine. I denied. Ofcourse, she will come to know about "him" soon. But I was not ready, yet. Anyways, that was another problem. He was on my mind for the whole weekend. I tried. But, it seemed that everything reminded me of him. It was frustrating. I just hoped I do not see him today.
The day passed uneventfully. Just as I went to my locker, I was being awaited by a very furious version pf Nita. She was tapping her feet rhythmically on the floor.
Such a drama queen.
I smiled apologetically at her. I started with my rambling as soon as I reached an arm's distance from her.
"I know I should have told this to you before. But I was frustrated, agonised and confused. And, to be honest, still deciding what I should feel about all this. Yes, Adam is back. And this is so freaking crazy 'cuz I had never expected him to return! Before I go hysteric can you just give me one of your hugs. I really.. "
Amd just like that her pretentious anger melted away. And she cut me off, by hugging me tight. I just comforted myself in her embrace.
"Hazel, everything will be alright, okay?"
