Aaradhya's Pov.

Now it was the time for them to leave. I took blessings from Riddhant's Parents.

Riddhant was busy chatting with Tanmay and Prateik but he had his eyes fixed on me.
My cheeks were heating up so I excused myself and retired to my room. I changed my dress into a t-shirt and pajamas from that heavy lehenga. I peeped from my window to see them still at the door. Riddhant was constantly looking at my window as a smile crept on his face.
May be he figured out that I was peering at the window.

I lied on my bed and just then my phone started buzzing.
I opened my whatsapp to find number of messages from the people who had wished me but the recent message that caught my eyes was of Riddhant's.

"Riddhant: Lehenga or Pajama, every look suits you babe;-)"

Did he see me like this? It's embarrassing.

He started sending me our pictures taken tonight at the ceremony. It even included the picture in which he had kissed my cheeks.

My cheeks turned crimson red.

Is this guy flirting with me?
I instantly replied.

"Me: Nice pictures but don't try to flirt Mr. Taneja. You are yet to be forgiven for your deeds."

My phone buzzed again.

"Riddhant: Flirting is in my blood. I can't stop it 'Future Mrs. Taneja' and it's my try to repent for your forgiveness :-*

"Me: Oh really, So try something else because this is not so working:-p"

"Riddhant: Yeah okay then be ready to forgive me, my hot fiancée :-)"

I was literally blushing at his comments. He does have way with words.

"Me: Okay then but I won't wait for long. Good night. Sweet dreams :-)."

His message instantly appeared. He's too fast in typing and here, I am taking so much time may be because now I am being cautious to think before interacting with him.

"Riddhant: Okay baby. Good night and dream about me.
Riddhant: P.S- Now I can use an endearment to call you."

I smiled at his message and drifted to sleep leaving one side of the bed empty for Janvi.

Next morning.

I woke up a bit late than usual. I went out in the drawing area. Our relatives were leaving to go home. I hugged each of my cousins and touched my uncle's and aunt's feet.
My uncles were constantly praising Riddhant and his family.

He had effects on each one of them. Janvi too looked relieved to find me happy.
Soon it was the time to bid good bye. Only Rajat Uncle stayed as he had his flight in the afternoon.
Rest of them left for their home.

I went into my room and opened my laptop.
As the priest had announced our marriage to be held after four months, I had applied for my job in Mumbai after seeking Riddhant's opinion. I opened my emails and found that I had to give my interview online in just few minutes of time.

I wasn't prepared but confident.

I quickly freshened up and sat infront of my laptop after I switched on the webcam.

I was interviewed by a middle aged women for almost an hour.

She asked me few tricky questions but I answered it calmly as she acknowledged my smartness in my witty answers.
Soon, she called off the interview as she was quite impressed and asked me to join the head office in Mumbai from the very next week.

I switched off my laptop device and started dancing, swaying my body to the music on my bed.
I was merrily dancing that I didn't notice that the doors of my room had flung open.
My eyes captured Aditi with Riddhant at the back, shocked to see me like this on the bed.

Aditi burst out laughing while Riddhant was trying hard to control himself. Well, he was amused.

I gasped in horror as my mouth fell open in  embarrassment.

"You should knock the door before entering anyone's room." I threw my pillow at Aditi.

"And you should lock the door or reply when somebody has knocked twice already." Aditi snorted out.

"By the way, If you are done with fooling yourself. Jeeju wants to talk to you and one more thing. Mom and Dad left to see off Uncle Rajat at the airport." She added and left us alone in my room.

I sat calmly on my bed and gestured him to sit.
He walked towards the bed and occupied some place next to me.

"I never thought, you might be this crazy." He smirked.

"You should have done an enquiry before getting engaged to a crazy lunatic." I blurted out.

"I don't mind being engaged to this crazy lunatic. So were you thinking about me?" He winked.

"No." I instantly replied and his face fell in disappointment. He looked sad with my answer.

"No, actually I got a job offer in Mumbai and I am joining from next week." I exclaimed sounding euphoric.

"That's a great news, Let's celebrate." He spoke with excitement.

"Okay, but how?" I asked him.

"Let's watch a movie together if you don't mind." He said while holding a DVD and popcorn, chips packets.

I nodded happily.

I switched on the television of my room and turned the dvd player on. We settled on the bed with our popcorn packets.

He had selected an old romcom bollywood movie which was an epic movie of the era 'Chupke Chupke'

We laughed and enjoyed watching the movie while eating popcorn and chips. He had bought cheese popcorn for me which is my favorite.
We had already seen the movie but we were still laughing like crazy maniacs.

Effects of staying with a wild woman like me.

After the movie ended. We got up and we're in the kitchen where I cooked some spaghetti for us. Aditi too joined us on the dining table.
Soon, Maa and Dad had returned.

They were busy talking to Riddhant but then I realised that there is one sort of trouble now,
I had discussed with my parents regarding the job and they had agreed back then but I still had to convince them for working in Mumbai.
I am worried as I had never stayed alone and that too in a different city. They won't allow me either for it.
Oh God! But I have already said yes to this job. I can't back out and I don't want to.
Please help me.
