You pick up the blending brush, you watch the freckles on your cheeks disappear as the makeup does its magic. After finishing your makeup you move onto your hair curling the ends of each strand. You know its stupid to get all dolled up for a Disney movie marathon with your best friends but it made you feel less insecure so why not?, the doorbell rang and you ran to open the front door "Hey guys!" you smile hugging your friends one by one "(Y/N)" Ashton sighed "...yes?" you frowned insecurely "It's nice that you went to all this effort by putting on makeup and stuff but we want to see the real you, so go put your hair up and take off your makeup" he took the hairband off your wrist and handed it to you. "No Ash I...I" you mumble trying to think up an excuse "You don't need to be embarrassed around us (Y/N)" Michael smiles "I don't know" you mumble as your gaze averts to the floor "Please (Y/N)" Luke smiled "We're not gonna judge you" you nod your head and walk back into your room taking a seat on the bed. You take a makeup removing wipe out of the packet and proceed to remove the layers of makeup, you tie up your hair into a messy bun taking a deep breath in the mirror 'I can do this' you think to yourself. You walk out of the room and enter the lounge where the boys were seated "Woah..." Ashton smiled taking in your appearance "You look beautiful" Calum smiles making you blush "Yeah, I didn't know you had freckles" you sit down on the floor next to Michael and Calum "Hey (Y/N) please don't wear makeup so often, you look even more beautiful with ought it" Michael whispers into your ear half way through the movie you nod smiling at the 4 boys you called you best friends and for once in your life you actually felt beautiful.
