Chapter 4

It was Jade. I looked at her and I could tell she was hurt.

"Jade it's not what it looks like!" I said quickly walking up to her.

"Sure!! It's exactly what it looks like!" Jade said her mascara running down her cheeks.

She ran out of the house and down the front steps.

I ran after her and once I caught up with her she turned around and said, "Alice, stop following me!! I hate you so fucking much!! You take everyone off me...remember Dylan? My ex boyfriend?? You stole him off me. Then there was Adam, you stole him, oh yeah remember Aaron? And now it's Cameron!! Fuck off and never ever talk to me again,"

Cameron came running down to me with a worried look on his face.

"Are you okay?" He asked me wrapping his arm around my shoulders and pulling me in for a hug.

I held onto him tightly while tears poured down my cheeks.

"She was my best friend Cam, and now I've lost her," I cried.

"Shhhh, it'll be okay," Cameron whispered, rubbing my back.

"Mhmm," I said, pulling away and wiping away the tears.

"Why did you pull away?" Cameron asked with a hurt look on his face.

I looked down at my shoes and sighed, "It's Jade, she loves you,"

"I know and I love her but in a friend way! Alice, I love you," Cameron said coming closer to me and cupping my chin with his hands.

This time I didn't pull away. I just stood there, with closed eyes.
