Chapter 1: Catch Up

Wow, it's been 5 years since I've been married to the man of my dreams, five years since our first child was born, and five years since both of our families came together and were at peace.

It's been perfect as a married woman...not that being with him wasn't always bad...it was just even more perfect.

Danny, is five and is looking more and more like his father everyday. He goes to Alecia's old school and he's doing well in his classes.

Alecia, she is now nine years old almost a teenager and I don't like it. Why, because she has Bam genes and he's was a trouble maker when he was growing up I just hoped my genes will dominate them.

Bam, we're very good friends. He gets to see Alecia during her vacation weeks and we alternate the holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and etc.

Bruno,... Nothing can describe how wonderful he has been towards me and how great this marriage was. I swear he has become more sweeter, lovely, and more attractive than before we tied the knot.

We had both taken a break from music though Bruno is working on his third album...which I've been dying to hear and I know his fans are also.

"Babe, did you hear me?", Bruno asks

I look from the sky and back to the man who was driving.

"I'm sorry what's up?", I ask
"What are we gonna do about Alecia and her school?", He asks
"Oh, the absences how many days has she missed?", I ask
"Only 5 days"
"I'll call them tomorrow", I assure
"And what are we doing about Danny?", he asks

Oh, I forgot we were going out tonight with Philip and Urbana.

"Um, we can ask Kelly if she's willing to stay a few more hours", I answer
"Alright sounds good", he says

My phone rings and I see its Bam so I answer it.

"Hello?", I answer
"Hey Bebè", Bam says
"What's up?", I ask
"Um, I was wondering if She's coming down her next week for February vacation?"
"Yes, I'm gonna come down there and stay for a few days with her", I say
"Oh, okay that sounds cool", he says
"Alright, see yah soon", I say then hangs up

I put my phone back in my purse.

"Bella"
"Hmm?", I ask
"I was like thinking maybe...later tonight-"
"What is Peter sexually frustrated?", I say in a baby voice
"Very", he chuckles
"Well, that's what happens when you take my kid to see your ex", I sigh
"Aren't we already past it...and we already argued about it", He sighs
"Who's arguing?...it's a debate", I laugh

We pull up to Danny's school and I take my seatbelt off.

"So is it a yes or a no?", He asks
"We'll see", I say

I get out the car and make my way into the school. I go to the door of his classroom and walked in.

"Danny", I called

He turns and a huge smile forms upon his face.

"Mommy!", He squeals

I knelt down as he ran full speed towards me. He hugs me and I hug him tight while kissing his cheek.

"I missed you", he says
"I missed you too. Go get your stuff Daddy is waiting for us", I say

He runs to his cubby while I went to sign him out. Once that was done I take his hand and we go out to the car. I open his door and he hops in.

"Hi Daddy!", He sang
"Hey, baby boy", Bruno says

I touch Danny's little Afro when I was finished buckling him in and smiled.
