The next day, me and Bruno head to my hospital, the counsellor had made an appointment for us, and I scoff when Bam is there.
"You're not coming in," I say.
"That might be my kid, I don't want to miss out on anything."
"And it might be Bruno's."
"Wel I guess we're in a bind," Bam mocks.
We go in and I sign in before we sit down. I stare at Bam, hoping and praying this baby isn't his, hoping he doesn't have to come into the examination room with us.
"Mrs. Herandez," Dr.Mason says so the three of us stand and head for the room. "Only one extra in I'm afraid."
I smirk at Bam before me and Bruno go into the room. I want to thank the doctor but it's just a rule--which I'm really grateful for.
"Hop onto the bed," he says so I do and lift my top out of habit.
"How are you Dr.Mason?", I ask
"Im well...you think your pregnant?", He asks
I nodded.
"This is number 3 right?"; he asks
"Yep", Bruno says
"Well lets take a look here then", he smiles
He places the jelly on my tummy and then runs the scan gun over it. He checks measurements and stuff before he turns the screen round.
"There's your baby," he says.
Wow, I'm really pregnant. It feels like this is my first baby because its been years. I felt my eyes water as i smile up at the screen. At this point i dont care who the father is as long as my baby is healthy then im happy.
"How far is she?", Bruno ask
"About fourteen weeks. Your due date is January 12, and the date of conception would have been April 21st."
"April 21st, that was our first night together after I left Mexico. That means he's yours.", I say still starring at the screen mesmerized
Bruno holds my hand still staring at the screen.
"Thank you, Mason", Bruno says
"Your welcome ," he says as he wipes my stomach off. "Can I just have you to sit up on the bed so I can check your vitals."
I nodded and sat up.
He checks my blood pressure, my weight, and takes blood before we can leave. Bam stands when we come out.
"Well?", Bam asks
"Bruno is the father of my baby", i said calmly
Bam stares at me with disbelief and then takes a breath.
"Well, I guess congratulations to you guys..."
Bam then stares at Bruno with disgust and then out of no where he tackles him to the ground.
"Bam, stop all this nonsense!", I yelled
The two male nurses that were near had to pull him off of Bruno.
"What the hell is wrong with you !?", I yell
"I'm mad as hell!"
"Bam your to make me have a miscarriage with the stress you've put me too...I am not the one who needs therapy its You two!", I screeched
They were silent
"Im going to the house, packing my shit, telling Jenn that you two are staying there,and I'm going home to find baby shit!", i yelled
I stormed out the hospital and went into the car and waited for these dumb asses.
God damn can i ever go through a pregnancy without fucking drama.
