THE DATE (DUN DUN DUN)

A/n Hey guys so sorry I haven't updated in a long tome. A lot has been going on and I've had a major writers block it sucked but im back now *Updates every week*

So he gave me his number and we arranged a date I was terrified. "What if I fall in love with him?"I thought. He was going to pick me up at 10pm for dinner and lazy me didn't start getting ready till 8:59pm (typical Chels). I was so stressed out it was crazy. I hadn't gone out on a date since high school. Me and my ex boyfriend had been dating from freshman year till my 23rd birthday when I found out he had be hooking up with my best friend,8 of the 9 years we were together. After that I was heart broken. So i stayed away from the dating scene as long as possible. Yet, like a crazy disease love has me wrapped up with is jagged nails again.Lucifer and I have been texting back and forth for the past 3 weeks. We couldn't get our schedules free but finally 3 weeks after we met and about 3,000 texts later we're going on our first date. He tells me he's very punctual. I told him I won't believe it till I see it and sure enough once the clock turned from 9:59pm to 10pm he texts me I'm here. I thought damn this man is such a show off. So I hopped in his car black of course and we went off. He put his hand on my leg I flinched and instantly he removed it.I said with worry in my voice "no man has touched me in a full 2 years." He totally understood and said,"Then sweetheart we'll take this really slow." But the way he said was so comforting not at all like he was trying to make me feel bad. We just talked the whole way to dinner and then I realized it was already 12am and we still weren't at the restaurant and then got worried and I got the oh-no this where i end up on a episode of Dateline feeling. I finally got the courage to ask him where we were going and he said don't worry not much further and I hope this is romantic and  I really hope you like it. Then he gave me a very sincere, loving smile and my worries all disappeared.  When we finally got there like 5 minutes later there was a blanket layed out on this grassy part of the woods and there was wine and amazing food and the whole blanket was surrounded in red roses on my side and painted black roses on his side. He said, hope you like it I remember you told me that the most romantic date you can think about was when your parents did this for there 5 year anniversary when you were 6 years old. I was so astonished he remembered that I told him that the first night we started talking. The date was amazing we talked from 12:30am until 6am. I had an amazing time. He drove me home and we didn't get back until 8am and when he dropped me off and walked me to my door he kissed me on my cheek and told me he had an awesome time and he left. Right when he drives away he texted me *buzz* From: Luci

I smiled ear to ear the rest of the week after that.
