Feelings

Robin, Cyborg, and Starfire arrived at the site to see Beast Boy laying there unconcious. Raven was nowhere to be found. Robin rushed over to Beast Boy

"Beats Boy? Hey wake up!" He said lifting the green boys head up. Beast Boy mumbled a few things and slowly regained conciousness.

"Dude, what happened?" He asked looking around confused.

"We were hoping you could tell us" Cyborg said resting a hand on his shoulder.

"Where is friend Raven?" Starfire asked looking around frantically. Beast Boy immediately shot up and looked around

"SLADE!" He screamed getting to his feet "Slade was here and he attacked us, HE TOOK RAVEN" Beast Boy screamed. He turned into a dog and started looking for a scent of either of them.

"He wont get away with this" Robin growled "Titans! Look for clues!" He ordered and started looking around.

"Hey, I found some ashes" Cyborg said pointing at the ground. Robin grabbed a sample and ordered that everyone head back to the tower. Everyone reluctantly headed back. Beast Boy kept looking back, hoping for a small hint of hope, but there was none.

Back at the tower Robin was running the sample of the ashes through the computer. He paced back and forth. hating having to wait. The computer beeped, signaling that a match had been found. The results came back as the material Raven used in her clothing. Robin growled and hit the keyboard in frustration

"Gimme a hint Raven, where are you?" He mumbled looking out the large window.

As if answering his questioning, a large explosion could be seen coming from the city.

"TITANS GO!" Robin yelled as he ran for the door. The others were right on his heels,it took little to no time for the Titans to reach the scene. After all the ash and dust cleared two figures could be seen standing in the distance. Robin narrowed his eyes and saw...Raven! He ran towards her at full speed, but was immediately knocked back.

"Gah!" He choked and rubbed his cheek. He looked up to see Slade standing over him

"Robin, I thought you would've gotten here sooner" He said, sounding disappointed. Robin shot his right leg up at Slade and connected with his face, it sent Slade flying back. He stood up and grabbed Raven's hand

"C.mon Raven were getting yo-" SMACK. Robin was launched back into Cyborg, Raven stood there with a blank expression, her hand still out from where she slapped him. Her eyes were completely red, her once white outfit was now blood red, and it revealed the bright red marks that stretched across her skin. She sneered and stepped back, she raised her hands up and caused another explosion.

"Good child" Slade said standing behind her.

"Raven!" Starfire screamed and rushed over to her friend, "What's wrong with you?" She said, hovering in front of her. Raven sneered and launched Starfire back with a strong kick to the stomach. Starfire hit Robin hard and sent them both toppling to the ground. Robin shook himself and moved rocks off of Starfire.

"Ouch.." Starfire mumbled, holding her stomach. Robin helped her up and looked over to Beast Boy

"Beast Boy, you need to get Raven back" He said walking over to him. Beast Boy stood there with wide eyes

"H-how?" He asked looking over at him

"She'll listen to you, you two are very close. I know you can get through to her" He said, before Beast Boy could respond Robin ran towards Slade and started fighting with him. Beast Boy took a deep breath and walked over to Raven

"Rae?" Beast Boy said softly. Raven looked over at him with a blank look. He walked closer to her and flattened his ears "Raven, please come back. I need you.." He said softly. Raven raised her hand to hit him, but hesitated, it gave Beast Boy enough time to grab her hand and stop her

"Rae, please, don't leave me too. I know you can beat this, you just stopped yourself from hitting me. Please Raven your all I have and I can't take losing you. Your very special to me Rae, do you know that?" He asked moving closer. He was directly infront of her now, her wrapped his free arm around her waist and brought her as close as they could go to one another "Rae.." Beast Boy said weakly, he kissed her chakra gem and felt her stiffen. The marks on her body started to fade, the S over her gem was fading as well. Slowly Raven began to change back. Beast Boy kept his hands around her the whole time, she passed out and slumped against him once all the marks were gone. Beast Boy let out a sigh of relief and picked her up bridal style, and began to carry her back to their home.

Slade noticed that Beast Boy had Raven. He moved away from Robin and sprinted towards Beast Boy.

"NO!" Robin screeched, he ran for Slade but was blinded by a bomb Slade threw back at him.

Beast Boy saw Slade coming and tranformed into a pterodactyl, he gained distance quickly and never looked back. Slade threw bombs at them, but Beast Boy made sure to dodge them, he held Raven close to him as he flew away back to the safety of the Tower. Slade stood back and growled to himself

"Your going to be a problem Beast Boy.." He crossed his arms and stod there out in the open.

Starfire saw Slade and shot bursts of energy at him, Cyborg shot his arm connon and Robin threw flash bombs at him. After the dust had cleared Slade was nowhere to be found. Robin let out an angry howl and tried to fins a sign of where he might have gone, but there was nothing left but destroyed concrete. Starfire and Cyborg looked around as well, but there was no sign of Slade anywhere. After thirty minutes of searching they decided to go back and check on their team mates.

"Robin?" Starfire asked floating beside him

"Yeah Star?" He said not looking at her

"Are you ok?" She asked grabbing his arm

Robin stopped and looked at her "No, Starfire we need to keep Raven safe. This has already happened to her once. we cant let it happen again. Slade will stop at nothing to get his hands on her, so we have to be ready 24/7" He stated and then continued walking. Starfire nodded and trailed behind him some

"Don't worry Star" Cyborg said placing a hand on her shoulder "We'll protect Raven"

The Titans walked back to their Tower a heavy feeling was in the air, something bad was going to happen. Robin kept looking around to make sure Slade wasn't tricking them. Starfire clenched her fists in anger, she didn't like people messing with her friends. Cyborg typed away at his arm, he was resetting the Towers security systems. An ominous figure watched them from far away on the roof tops

"Your Tower wont protect you forever Titans" Slade growled watching them like a hawk.
