Next day , I woke up to find Jasper looking at me "Good morning love" He said with a very soft voice , I smiled at these three words and put a small kiss on his cheek "Morning Jazz" I said , I actually liked the nickname Edward and Emmett had given him , Jazz. He kissed my forehead and stood up

"Get ready, I'll come pick you thirty minutes later" Then he disappeared through the window. By the moment mom entered the room

"So you're awake." She said

"I just woke up" I responded

"So, I'm leaving to the hospital, be careful"

Then she got out. I put on another pair of black leggings, my favorite blue sweater, black sneakers .Then I walked to the kitchen where mom was still standing

"You still here?" I asked

Anna came and hug me "Good morning Mary" She said

"Morning darling" I kissed her cheek

"Want a ride?" Mom asked

"No, thanks . I'm waiting for a friend to come and pick me" I responded

"Is she Alice?" Anna asked

I shook my head "Not exactly"

"Then who is he or she?" Mom questioned

I heard a knock on the door , mom moved to open It , Jasper was standing there

"Hello" I heard him saying

"Hello Jasper, How are you?" She responded

How did she know him. OF COURSE. He's the son of her colleague. "So you'll take Mary to school?"

She asked , too overprotective , staring at Jasper from head to heel , examining him looking for tattoos or piercings but I was sure that all what she'll find was a fair extremely charming gentleman

"After you permission ma'am" He affirmed politely.

Mon smiled , and turned to face me "Hurry up , you don't want to be late"

I grinned when I heard what she said. Jasper took my hand and we walked toward the Porsche, he opened the door for me and we sped up to school.

"Why did you show up like that? I didn't even tell her"

Jasper chuckled and with his seductive southern accent that makes me shiver "you don't want to jump through the window and even if you do, I won't let you"

"Anyway, her reaction?" I asked

"She was confused at first but later she was happy. She loves you very much"

I was glad that Natalie liked him. that will make It easier to say that we're dating. I was too confused, I love Jasper too much , I want him to stay with me forever , but we're different .Too different , how can we live with that. The future's thought was the most worrying think right now

"What happened love? Your emotions are melted. And I can't calm you down" He asked.

I looked at him and forced out a smile "Nothing serious"

He suddenly stopped the car and took my hand on his cold ones

"I just want you to know that I'm always with you no matter what happens" He then held me to his chest where I belong.

I feel secured with him, I know that he won't upset me or break his promises. He will protect me as long as we're together.

"Do you want to come to our house, afterschool?" He asked, I actually had plans with Gabriella. She's going to buy a dress for the prom. I wanted to see the Cullens' mysterious house. I don't even know where is It situated.

"Afterschool I'll be busy helping Gabriella what about tomorrow?"

Jasper looked frustrated with my answer but he brushed the expression and smiled

"I can come pick you after the shopping if you want"

I nodded. "But I think tomorrow will be better , I'm not ready to meet all your family especially Rosalie. "

He chuckled "Okay as you like love" and kissed my forehead.

Gabriella and I were walking from shop to shop searching for the perfect dress for the prom. Josh invited her recently and she was too excited about it. I'm happy for her so I offered to help her choosing the dress while Sarah and Lauren excused, Lauren went to see some family at Forks and Sarah has a date with Alex".

I was thinking of Jasper he won't come tonight, he said that since I won't come he'll go hunting. That's an amazing fact, they hunt on the mountain, feeding on animals' blood The Cullens are awesome! I'm starting missing him- "Hey are you even hearing me?" Said an angry Gabriella

"Oh sorry , I was distracted"

A moment of silence took place in between our words then she said "Maria, what's happening to you? You're over thinking, always looking at nothing and admiring IT! Would you get up from your day dream, has that Cullen done something to you?"

"Jasper? No way has that he hurt me, I trust him. Don't worry Gabriella I'm more than fine" I responded.

"Cupid, where are you we have a lover here. But keep your eyes open they're strange" She affirmed

I heard my phone ringing, when I saw Jazz I immediately answered

"Love" He said

"Hi" I affirmed, my voice softened as I heard his

"You don't need something? Because I'm going now"

"No thanks Jazz" I thanked him

"Take care love, I won't be late" He responded

"Okay Bon appétit Mon amour" I mocked, He laughed and then closed the line.

I don't know how I'm going to deal with Jasper's absence tonight but I can't let him starve. I have to be patient.

Finally we found the perfect dress after three long hours of searching everywhere. Now we're going through the parking , It was dark and empty since It was too late, I felt a hand on my shoulder , I expected to see Gabriella but I t was a man , I saw Gabriella on the ground , the man was grabbing a knife. I don't want to die tonight.
