(Abby's P.O.V)
I smirked cheekily as I stole a quick glance at Ellie and Carter laughing hysterically.
I just knew, once Chase had told me all about his brother, he and Ellie would get on really well. They were practically the same person.
I'm glad. I really am. Apart from the One Direction boys, she doesn't get on with boys too well. I was pleasantly surprised she got on with them so well.
She's, well, nervous around boys. She seems to get on with Carter well though.
Turning my attention back towards to Chase I marvelled at deep chocolate eyes, I swear I could get lost in them forever and hope to never get found. Oh, wow. I can't believe I thought that. I rolled my eyes at my own cheesiness.
The angel in front of me chuckled, and I raised my eye brows at him.
"You just blanked out, lost in your own thoughts and rolled your eyes. At yourself, right. You gotta admit, that weird."
I shrugged nonchalantly. "I guess I am. Take me all or leave it."
Chase answered with a mischievous glint in his eye. "I'll take it all, please."
"Sure." I replied, winking at him which he returned with a friendly grin.
Not surprisingly, he was really nice. I mean, he looked super yummy, but he was a great person as well. He had a slight cheeky side to him, a dangerous, mischievous side, but was also kind and caring.
You could tell he would treat you well.
We made idle chit chat, then after about a hour or two, we decided to head back to our apartments and get ready for dinner.
Or tea. Whatever you call it.
As me and Ellie made our way upstairs, I looked over at her, and noticed she was still smiling widely, in a sort of happy daze.
"So, Carter's nice, huh?" I asked her, as she looked up, halting from walking upstairs, startled.
"What?"
I repeated what I asked, and she looked down and muttered, "Um, yeah. He's okay."
I smiled knowingly. "You fancy him." It wasn't a question, it was a statement. I knew my best friend.
She looked up at me, shocked. "No-no! Of course not!" She stuttered.
"It's okay, El. It honestly is. It's perfectly acceptable your attracted to him."
Ellie looked at me unsurely. "It is?"
I chuckled. She's really not good with all this stuff.
"Yeah, it is. Just because your with Niall doesn't mean you can't fancy other guys. I mean, if people weren't attracted to each other, they'd be a problem, wouldn't they?" I said with a light laugh.
"There would?"
I shook my head in mock disappointment.
"Of course! Because the world wouldn't be populated then, would it?" She blushed deeply and I smirked.
Sweet, innocent little Ellie.
"And anyway, who can blame you? I mean, Carter!" I whistled. "He's not too shabby is he? Pretty damn hot, if you ask me! And that Australian accent!"
I hope I was making her feel better. It's just like Ellie to feel extremely guilty for thinking a guys good looking.
She laughed slightly. "Hmm, thought I saw you getting pretty cosy with Chase." I grinned.
