Professor Slughorn comes down at six o'clock to let us out, and seeing our stuffed faces, seems to be holding in laughter.
"I see you found that the plates refill themselves," he says, a desperate attempt to be serious.
"Yeah," I say, swallowing the last bits of treacle tart.
"Can we leave now professor?" Draco asks.
"Of course. See you two tomorrow?"
"Yes professor," we say in unison.
"Very well, goodnight," Slughorn says before shutting the door behind us.
"So," Draco says, "there's a party in my common room. Wanna come?"
"And have your drunken self slobber all over me? I think not!" I say coolly.
"Listen, okay?" Draco says, "That night was just, so bad, I mean, Blaise was being an asshole okay? He put something in my drink to make me get drunker faster. I wouldn't just use you like that!"
My face heats up, ashamed about what I just said.
"Look, it's fine, you didn't know, but are you coming or no?"
"Yes," I say, "I'm just going to get changed. Meet you at the entrance to your common room?"
"Sure."
I run upstairs to the Ravenclaw common room and up into the girls dormitories. I peel off my robes and throw on a tight black v-neck tee and a short, airy black skirt. I match the outfit with my favorite black high heeled booties. I exit the almost empty common room, assuming Thomas is either reading or studying in his dorm and Lucy is at the party with Blake.
I make my way towards the dungeon common room and spot Draco leading against a pillar. He lets out a low whistle, and I can't help but blush.
We walk over to the statue that guards the entrance and as he says "Pureblood" the statue creeks aside. He gestures for me to go first and I enter into the realm of flashing lights and blaring music.
"How did you guys get all this stuff?" I ask, screaming over the sounds of music and noisy people.
He grins, "If I told you I'd have to kill you."
For some reason I don't think he's joking.
He leads me in further and grabs us both two random bottles.
"What the hell is this?" I ask, inspecting the unfamiliar label.
"Muggle beer," he says.
"I thought you guys hated anything muggle-ish," I say, utterly confused.
"We do, that's why we prefer to steal from them."
Great. I'm drinking stolen goods. That really makes you feel great inside. Whatever, it's not like they killed someone.....at least I hope not.
Seeing my expression, he quickly adds, "we knocked her out."
Thank the Lord!
I pop of the bottle cap and toss it onto the growing pile. I take a swig of the unfamiliar liquid, and find it's much less strong than fire-whisky.
"So," Draco says, "you still up to continue last time?"
"In your dreams," I say, giving him a teasing wink.
He saunters over to a couch and sits down, motioning for me to sit beside him. I plop down next to him and he puts him arm around my shoulders. I rearrange us so I'm sitting between his legs, my back leaning up against his chest. I can feel his chest move in and out with each breath. He puts his arm under my breasts and pulls me closer until I'm sitting is his lap. I curl up into him, breathing in the scent of firewood and long days at the beach.
