Part 13

Aiden and I left the next day. He felt well and the doctor confirmed that we can leave. But someone has to stay with him for a few days. I went to my house and got some stuff with me and left.
Before closing the door I remembered Aiden's question about Jessie. "Jessie? What's your last name?"
She looked like I just shot her with a gun, "Jessie Cane.."
I smiled at her."Bye!", then shut the door.
~Bailey is Calling~
Oh no. This is not good.
-Hello?
-Hey..
-Can we meet?
-I'm sorry Bailey I'm afraid I can't..
-Alright.. Did you get a picture of Aiden?
-Yeah.. About that.. It's not your cousin, Bailey. I've asked him if he has a cousin he said no.
-He doesn't want anyone to know his family, Taylor. Why did you ask him.. Can you at least show me the picture?
-Fine.. I'll send you it now
-Alright, bye

Why does this happen to me..?
I sent the picture directly after hanging up. But not Aiden's picture. It's a picture of some guy who sent me a friend request once. Poor guy doesn't know what his picture is going through.

Well that went well.
I drove back to Aiden's house. He barely opened the door. Why didn't I take keys with me. Stupid. Poor Aiden paying for my stupidity.
"Hey", he said quietly. "Hey", I smiled.
He opened wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt. So cute.
"There's an empty room upstairs. I live alone you know."
"No. Hell no. If I'm going to sleep alone, I'm going home", I snapped.
"Alright, get in", he laughed.
He took me to his room and left. Oh my god it smells like Aiden. His pillows too! Everything smells like heaven.
"Wtf are you doing?"
That is so embarrassing.
"..sniffing your pillows..?"
He laughed so hard. "Please don't make it more embarrassing", I looked to the ceiling.
"Fine, sniff whatever you want", he laughed, again. "If you're hungry there's food in the kitchen."
"Okay", I said while he left the room.
"Aiden Aiden Aiden Aiden!"
"What?"
"Her name is Jessie Cane", I said.
He just stared at me. "What?", I asked.
"Your brother should really stay away from her.."
"What do you mean? She's really the sweetest creature on earth.."
"She's a bitch actually", he snapped.
"What do you know about her?", I asked.
"Alot.."
"Tell me!"
"Jason and Jessie used to date for like 2 years. They were this close to getting married, she took everything she could take from his house and disappeared."
"Maybe it's another Jessie, you saw her when you were at my house didn't you?"
"Didn't really pay attention. She's blonde? And tall? She even has a mole on her neck."
"Well.. She is tall and blonde, but I never focused on her mole..but how could she. She is so sweet! You know what? Why don't you come to my house, for dinner or something?"
"HELL NO!"
"What!"
"If we met properly, she'll know who I am, and that I'm up to something."
"Fine, we'll just wait until she runs away.."
"When you go home, take a picture. You have to warn Harry earlier if it's her. Jason fell for it just like other guys. You have to", he said quietly and left the room.
Aren't we done taking pictures of people?
I called Harry and decided to ask him for a photo. He actually sent it without asking why. Weird.
I went out to show the pic to Aiden.
"Hm?", I held out the phone.
"It's her.. You have to go home now and tell Harry, Taylor. She. Is. Dangerous."
"I'm not leaving you here."
"I'm fine. Just go quickly."
I grabbed my phone quickly and called Harry.
-we need to meet
-lol what? You can come home..
- no, we have to be alone.
-we are alone, Jessie traveled back to Seattle to see her parents
-alright, I'm coming..

"I won't be late", I kissed Aiden.
I took keys with me this time, and left.
I drove back home and found Harry on the couch.
"We have some serious issues to talk about", I snapped.
"What is it?"
"Jessie, is bad. You need to stay away from her. Kick her out. Do anything."
"What? What are you saying, Taylor? She's the best thing that has happened in my life! And come on prove it if you can!"
"You have to promise you won't let her know I told you this!"
"Fine, I promise.."
"Aiden's best friend, Jason, used to date Jessie. They were in deep love. But before their marriage with a few days, she ran away, with everything that Jason owned. Apparently, she did that to a lot of guys. You need to stay away from her, Harry. Please don't tell me she has a copy of the key..", I pursed my lips.
"She does, but I still trust her, Taylor."
"Fine, as you wish. When are you traveling again?"
"After Christmas."
"Alright, when is your wedding?"
"December 20th, a week ahead."
"Did you plan everything?"
"Yes. It's gonna be perfect", he smiled.
If it happened..
"Hey, would it bother you if Aiden stayed here with me for a while? Until Jessie comes back?"
"Of course not, I might travel too anyways. The house is yours for 3 days", he snapped.
I smiled back at him.

I drove back to Aiden's house. I opened the door slowly in case he was asleep or something.
"Hey!", He yelled.
"Gosh! You scared me Aiden! Why did you do that!"
"I did nothing, Taylor. I was sitting on the couch but you didn't see me.. What did Harry tell you?"
"He didn't believe me. He's traveling. I told him you're coming to stay with me for a while. He and Jessie are traveling. We need to put some security cameras in the house. He will only believe it this way.."
"How about we pressure her into saying the truth? And record it. No need for the action."
"Well, it won't be easy."
~Ding-dong~
"Who's that?", I asked Aiden.
"I don't  know.."
Aiden got up to open the door.
