My guardian's family, my friends, and I all exited the airplane. All of us were still shocked by my results, and it had been about 2 hours. I followed my guardian to the baggage claim to get our stuff. When we got our bags, we went to the taxi line to get to our hotel.
We split up into two groups. My friends and I went iinto one cab and the others went into another.
"Which cab shall we take?" Hanna asked.
"Well, I don't know about you, but I think we should take that purple one!" May exclaimed.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because it's purple!" May responded.
"Okay...?" I insecurely followed May into the car.
There was loud pop music playing. It looked big, like a limousine or something.
"Where are you guys headin' to?" A mexican guy turned his head and looked at us.
"The Direct Hotel." I answered annoyingly.
"A few girls like you would love to be at Direct Hotel." He winked at us and turned back around.
I noticed Shaye clearing her throat. She must've been uncomfortable.
Hanna started to look at me with wide eyes. I wondered why she did that. I shrugged.
I looked out of my window. There were two little kids playing on the swingset. I noticed a tear rolling down my eye. I swiped it away with my hand and looked in front of me.
"We're here." The man said.
I payed for us. It was ten dollars, and for me that wasn't bad.
The car rolled away down the street.
The Direct Hotel was quite inviting. It had pretty white, pink, and purple flowers around it and a white gate. Kind of private. I liked that.
A woman held the door for us. She had brown eyes and brown hair that was drawn back into a perfect ballerina bun.
"Thank you." I said politely and entered.
She smiled and nodded quickly.
We walked in cautiously. Together we read the sign, "Welcome to Direct Hotel!"
A boy about our age with brown hair pushed back with a moustache was sitting at the lobby counter.
"Hello there." He had a deep, low voice.
"Hello."
"Hi."
"Last name?"
"My last name is Bent."
"Okay..." He tried typing it in. "No luck."
Dang it. I had to reveal my true identity. I took in a deep breath. "Payne."
His eyes widened. "How do you spell it?"
"P-a-y-n-e."
"Wow. Okay." He typed it in.
"Um, I'm sorry to ask, but are you the sister of Liam Payne?"
My friends all looked at me.
I nodded.
