Your brother had always been ignorant towards you, he would always treat your twin sister better than you. To be honest it was only getting worse for every year that passed. The first time you felt your brother dislike you was when you were three years old. You loved going to the park, but for some reason he always found an excuse to not take you there. While he always found time to take Mia out, where ever she wanted to go. Her charm had him wrapped around her finger. 
"Ni, could we pwease go to park?" you asked, your big blue eyes formed into puppy eyes as you patiently waited for him to reply. 
"No Bella, I don't have time, don't you see that I'm quiet busy" That was a lie and you could notice that from a plane. 
"No Ni, you liar" your speaking abilities were not on point, but you did your best. 
"Bella don't test waters, I'm not in the mood today" he said, you knew he was starting to get irritated. To be honest you couldn't care less, you wanted to go to the park. 
"I want to go to park, NOW!" you yelled at him. 
"Oh goodness gracious Bella, leave me the hell alone. I don't see which part of "I'm busy" you don't understand" he barked. With tears in your eyes, you slowly walked away. 

Not even ten minutes after the little argument you and him had, your sister went up to him and asked to go to the ice café for an ice cream. He obviously agreed within a second and that's when you lost it with him. 

Now, twelve years later ... He was not the only one ignoring. You had ignored him since the day he blew you off easily. Him and Mia were the closest out of the siblings, you mostly hung out with Greg and his wife. You loved being with Greg, he would always make you feel special, he would teach you different matters, compliment you and he was your role model. He knew the way Niall acted and had told him off multiple times.
Today, you and Niall were left alone in the house for the first time ever. You didn't mind since you never really spoke to him anyway. 
"Bella, we need to talk" he said slowly out of nowhere. 
"We have nothing to talk about, Niall" you answered shortly about to walk away when his hand came in touch with your arm softly. 
"Please don't go Bells" his voice was so soft. 
"Niall, please don't do this to me." you said with tears in your eyes. 
"Do what Bells?"
"Talk to me now, pretend you actually care and then as soon as Mia walks in you will forget that I even exist" by now your tears were leaving you big, pretty eyes. 
"I wouldn't do that Bella ..." he said, catching himself lying. 
"Yes you would Niall, I know you very well. " 
"Let me finish what I have to say Bella. I am aware of the fact that I have been a shitty brother. I know that I have been ignoring you and that's not right. It's fucking shitty. I wish that I could take back all these years and just make them right. But I can't. I know that Mia has been treated like a princess and you have been treated like a stranger. You didn't deserve it, you deserve so much better" he cried out. You wrapped your arms around him for the first time in years. 
"Let's make it right, Ni"
