The Shurikens and the Hammer

This is happening on the same day Aphmau pulled the sword from the stone

Katelyn POV

I was sitting in the giant marble room reading a book called midnight when the high priest Levin came in "lady Katelyn, are you ready" he said motioning out the window to the platform

"Yeah let's get this over with" I said putting my book down and getting up. We got to the platform and I started up the steps

"People of Scaleswind, we gather here to celebrate the 18th birthday of Katelyn The fire fist, and as according to our laws she must try and pull the shurikens of ice from the stone of destiny, if she does she will go to a grand master and learn to use her new powers as well as wield the shurikens so she may vanquish the darkness that haunts our land, now Katelyn pull the shurikens from the stone" Levin said motioning to the stone, I walked up to the stone and grabbed the shurikens by the small hand hold and pulled them out of the stone, I started at the shurikens in disbelief "she has pulled the weapons from the stone now she will go to the old keepers to train" Levin shouted above the cheering crowd

I pushed through the crowd into the church where our head guard Brian was waiting "so what now" I asked turning around to face Levin

"You will go with our guardian Tara to meet the other three chosen ones and train under the old keepers" Brian said "also if the chosen one from the clan of earth Meteli is a boy, you can't fall for him"

"Not a problem I know we're at war with them" I said "so where's Tara"

"She's out hunting, she should be back by the time your done packing" Brian said

"Who said I was packing anything, I can hunt and find water, that's all I need as well as the shurikens" I said holding up the small blue throwing stars "I'll wait for her and then we can leave"

"No need to wait I'm here" a voice said, I stepped outside to find Tara there with a dead deer at her feet, Tara is a light blue dragon with yellow claws and spines "we can go once I'm done eating"

After Tara is done eating

"Ok Katelyn get on" Tara said lowering her head, I climbed on she spread her wings, and we took off towards no mans land where we would meet with the other chosen ones, and on the way I notice a dark purple dragon with a raven haired girl riding it, Aphmau? I think

In Meteli/ laurance POV

I was walking down the stone road when I spotted our guardian Ungrth "Hey Ungrth how are you today" I asked running up to him

     "I'm great, the sun is shining, it's a beautiful day, are you ready for your ceremony" he asked in his deep raspy voice, Ungrth was a big orange dragon the same color as my hair before cadenza changed the color.....again

     "Yeah I'm ready, is Malachi ready" I asked

     "I was with him not to long ago, he said he was ready whenever you are" Ungrth said "well I'm going to gather everyone you...get changed" my smile faltered at that last part, I wanted to wear my armor to the ceremony

     I walked home and cadenza shoved some nicer cloths in my face "here laurance put these on and I'll fix your hair" she said running to the bathroom, I walked into my room and put on the cloths, the minute I walked out I was grabbed and shoved in a chair

Time skip to the ceremony

     I walked up the steps and the high priest Malachi nodded at me along with Ungrth and our head guard Kyle "People of Meteli, we gather here to celebrate the 18th birthday of Laurance Emerald, and as according to our laws he must try and pull the Hammer of earth from the stone of destiny, if he does he will go to a grand master and learn to use his new powers as well as wield the hammer so he may vanquish the darkness that haunts our land, now Laurance pull the hammer from the stone" Malachi said motioning to the stone, I grabbed the hilt of the hammer and pulled it right out of the stone "he has pulled the hammer of earth from the stone, let's hear it for our chosen one" Malachi shouted

The crowed burst into a roar of happy screams and shouts "come to the church there are things we must talk about" Malachi said. We got to the church and Kyle closed the doors before anybody else could run in, Ungrth was to big to fit through the doors so he watched from a nearby window "as you know there are three other chosen ones, two girls and one other boy, if the one from the clan of ice Scaleswind is a girl, you can't fall for her" Malachi said

"Ok" I said smirking, almost everyone knows when I smirk I'm either lying or I know something

     "I'm being completely serious, we are at war with Scaleswind, you can't fall for her if it is a girl" Malachi said "now pack some stuff and go on your way to no mans land to meet with the others"

     "The same goes for Ungrth, we know that Scaleswinds guardian is a female dragon, he's not aloud to fall for her" Kyle said motioning to Ungrth

     Ungrth growled "I am a dragon I'm aloud to mate with whomever I please" he said

     "Actually he's right, nothing in the laws say that guardians can't mate to an enemy clans guardian" I said "anyway I'll be off I have to pack"

     "Just be carful" Malachi said "your like a brother to me"

     I nod and leave, as I'm walking back to my house I feel someone jump on my back "be carful" I hear a female voice say, I turn and see cadenza almost in tears

     "I'll be carful, I promise" I say, she gets off and we walk home in silence, when I get home I change into my armor and leave, but not before giving cadenza one last goodbye hug "I'll be back and when I'm back, we won't have to fear the darkness" I say, by now she's in tears

     "By laurance" she says, I smile and get on Ungrth. We fly towards no mans land but while flying we see a golden dragon with a blonde haired boy riding it.
