Training Rocky Style

I have never seen rocky so I don't know his training Routine, also cue music

Aphmau POV

After Gray and Katelyn were done fighting we went straight into training. And now I have been doing push ups for an hour, Gray said it was cause Katelyn fought him, thanks a lot "stop, go find a tree and do hanging pull ups" Gray said, I groaned and got up, sweat dripping from my forehead, and walked over to the nearest tree

I grabbed the branch and tried to pull my self up but I failed and landed on my butt, I heard a chuckle from behind me I turned only to find Garroth, and he didn't look tired at all "want some help" he asked, I nodded and got up, I grabbed the branch again and tried to pull myself up, but this time I felt a push right below my butt, my face turned bright red because I thought he was just going to give me a leg up

But it worked none the less I was now sitting on the branch wishing I never pulled the sword from the stone "Thanks Garr" I said smiling down at him

"No problem" he said pulling himself up beside me

"You do realize this branch will break under our weight right" I asked, not that I was trying to get rid of him, no, never it was just a little awkward since he just almost touched my butt

"At least I'll fall with a beautiful girl right beside me" he said smirking

"Woah now, when did you become laurance" I asked jokingly

"He told me to do it" he sighed "and I dumbly listened to him"

"Your blonde" I mocked him I have nothing against blonde people

"What" he asked confused, I rolled my eyes and started on what we were supposed to be doing

After an hour of that torture we jumped down from the tree and started a three mile run, thanks a lot Gray, anyway I got a mile done before I collapsed because of me being out of shape, Gray walked up to me and looked down "why not use your connection with Star to help you have the energy to complete your task" he said walking away

Star came up and looked at me in concern "you could have been helping me this whole time" I asked

She nodded "but Gray told us not to unless you really needed it" she said

"Well right now I really need it" I said getting up, she nodded and her eyes started to glow a light purple, I felt energy surge through me as I started to run faster and further than before, it wasn't long before I caught up with everyone and passed them, I looked behind me and smirked "hurry up guys" I snickered and continued to run, I finished my three miles and sat down in the clearing

After a few minute I heard the huffing and puffing of the others as they collapsed beside me "what was with the sudden burst of energy" Laurance asked bending over

"Yeah and why were your eyes glowing purple" Garroth asked

"They were I didn't notice" I said

"Yes they were, and as you ran a light purple light seemed to follow and trail behind you at all times" Katelyn said

Gray ran up and stopped by us "that will be your morning routine, you start right after you eat, and when to push ups and pulls start to get to easy go for another hour, and when the run gets easy add another mile" he said "now come its time we work on your powers" he walked away

We all groaned but followed, I started to feel lightheaded and fell but someone caught me, I looked up to see Garroth smiling down at me "you ok" he asked
