Chapter 34

A lullaby song was being played in the middle of Crocus, as it woke up some of the wizards, but some were putting into a deeper sleep.

All dragon slayers were woken up, by the lullaby being played.

Some of them walked out of their room to look around to find other wizards doing the same.

The black haired girl opened her door and peek out, rubbing her eyes to drive away the sleepiness away.

"What's going on?" She murmured, before looking around to see Lucy was walking outside.

"Lucy!" Natsu called out Lucy, but she continued walking away.

Lucy walks pass Skylar, making her notice that Lucy's eyes were dull.

Before, Skylar could blink, she has disappeared out of sight.

Team Natsu runs out of the hotel to find Lucy. Skylar walked in her room, taking her jacket, and sees Chloe curled up in a ball, sleeping. Skylar put on her boots and close the door, behind her.

She runs the same direction where Team Natsu went as puts on her jacket.

Running out of the hotel, to find Lucy and Yukino are running together while their friends run after them.

"Lucy."

"Yukino."

She caught up with them, while calling them out, until the girls make a stop and turned around.

"Hello young wizards, it's a pleasure to meet you guys." Lucy said, but it wasn't her voice.

"What did you do with Lucy and Yukino?" Natsu exclaimed as Sting was next to him.

"Hm, I need these young celestial wizards in order to communicate.. I don't want to reveal myself. That would ruin the fun." Yukino said with a smirk, but the same with Lucy, it wasn't her voice.

"Coward." Sting clutched his teeth,

"You better watch what you say, Boy."

"Let's make a deal, you would have the girls back, if you can bring back someone to the light side again from the dark side." Lucy spoke darkly,

The ground started shaking as cracks shown on the ground, the lullaby song became louder than ever.

Weeds came from the ground, getting everyone caught up with it, Lucy got her conscious back.

"Until then, I will release one of them. Wish you, Luck." Yukino says, walking away from the scene.

Natsu started burning the weeds tied up around his wrist and ankles as Gray does the same, but freezes.

Skylar was hanging upside down, moving around to use magic, but couldn't use any.

Everyone was getting free, except Skylar.

They were going to, until the weeds swing around, as the lullaby got louder, but in a different rhythm.

Skylar was trying to break free to only free her hands, as the weeds stop moving and drop Skylar.

Landing head first, sitting up, and rubs her head as the weeds started to disappear.

"What the hell." She murmured as the others run towards her to check on her.

Until she notices her necklace, growling bright white, as crack appeared on it.

She felt pain against her chest, clutching her shirt and taking really quick breaths uncontrollable.

Meanwhile, inside of Skylar's subconscious.
