"R-Rogue." Skylar accidentally stuttered.

Rogue looks down at Skylar who has dried tears on her cheeks.

"I felt like I was pushover by a wild animal." Lector dusts off the dirt of his vest.

He looks up to be surprised to see Skylar with dried tears.

"Why are you crying?" Rogue softly asked her and use his hand thumbs to clean off the tears on her cheeks.

"It's nothing." Lying through her teeth but Rogue wasn't convinced by her chose of words.

Narrowing his eyes on hers who was playing with her fingers.

Showing something off character of him grabbing her hand and dragged her the direction where her house is.

Rogue shot a glance at lector that Skylar wasn't in position to be by her.

Lector nods, which flies back to the rent apartment at a hotel where Sting and Frosch are staying for the day.

Rogue was supposed to get some supplies for his guild at a shop but bump to Skylar who look like she was crying.

Rogue didn't feel to leave her alone at this state. Skylar may hold back tears when she bump into him but can't do it forever.

When they arrive at her house and Skylar opening the door with her key.

Walks in and closes the door behind them.

Skylar was taking out in surprise of Rogue actions.

Rogue sits down on the couch while she sits next to him.

"Skylar, you don't have to tell me what make you cry. But I can't stand that you are holding back emotions when you are crying and scared in the inside." Rogue says and looks at Skylar who clenched her hands on her lap.

"Am I that readable?" She said and tears crawl up in her eyes.

Rogue pulled her to a hug as she cried on his chest.

But Rogue really wanted to know but can't push it.

'Why does she have to show up like that?'

'Why did she abandoned me when I was just a child,'

She cried more and clenching on his clothes.

'Whatever it was, must hit her emotionally and mentally, really hard. To make her shake.' Rogue thought and continue holding her, feeling her shaking body.

'I did nothing wrong. But.."

'Just Why?'

"Just Who am I?" Making Rogue seriously more worried.

'I was just damn child who did do anything wrong.' Rogue felt her slowing stop shaking.

He looks down to see she has cried herself to sleep.

"What make you like this? Skylar." He asked and picked her up.

He takes her to her room.

Meanwhile in the guild, Makarov manage to make Mavis calm down who was crying her eyes out with a little help from the guild mates.

She had puffy red eyes and pinkish nose.

'This is weird because she is a ghost.' Everyone thought of the sight of a ghost crying.

"Can you tell me? A little about Skylar." Mavis sniffed.

'What is the connection between Skylar and Mavis?'

'With that expression in Skylar's eyes was fear and anger with a hint of sadness' Makarov thought and look at the first master.

"Skylar is really sweet and caring towards others." Wendy words make Mavis smile.

"She can be freaking scary when she wants to be." Gray said.

"She is strong to hold against me." Natsu said with grin.

"What are you talking about? The beginning of the fight you knock out yourself." Gajeel said and Natsu glares at me.

"She is very strong dragon slayer and can burst a bolt of anger." Erza said making Mavis nod with a smile.

'She has learn dragon slayer magic.' Mavis smiles.

"Mama, look, look." A black haired girl run up to Mavis and show her with her masterpiece.

"Who are those three? Sweetie." Mavis asked softly pointing at the picture.

"Papa, Mama, me." The little girl pointed at each person drawn on the paper, and also in the progress learning how to talk.

"That's an amazing drawing." Mavis ruffed the little girl's hair softly who was grinning happily.

"Aregoto" She tried saying it.

"Arigato." Mavis repeats the word correctly.

"Are you hungry?" She asks the little girl who nodded.

The little girl she used to know is all grown up and probably hates her.

Mavis doesn't know how wrong she is.

Skylar only wants answers or an explanation.
