Get used to it

Needless to say, Stevie didn't stay in the room Lindsey had ready for her. She just didn't want to be away from him, but also, there wasn't anything going to happen and he was a perfect gentleman about it, saying that holding her through the night was enough for him.

It had been nearly a week, since Stevie basically moved in and Lindsey wasn't about to ask her to find her own place. Things were most definitely headed the right way. The two talked a lot and about everything, not keeping anything to themselves. Lindsey could also easily see that he wasn't the only one trying for something to happen, Stevie was very much into it, just that she was still holding back, still learning to trust him.

The biggest adjustment was for Will. He often got flustered, unsure of how to address Stevie, usually making some sort of new word out of Ms. Nicks and Stevie, as she had asked him to call her by the first name. She, on the other hand, had no problems at all, loving being around a child, well teenager, since she wanted to have her own so badly.

Almost every day, Stevie was back at the apartment before Lindsey and she thought it would be nice to cook dinner for him, that's the least she could do to say thank you. As it was Friday, Will wasn't about to go do his homework, slumping down on the couch in the living room in front of the TV instead. Knowing the boy was occupied, Stevie went to the kitchen and started looking through the fridge, thinking up a recipe.

Laying out the ingredients on the table, she went to wash her hands, before taking the cutting board. She only got to dry her hands, when Will came in, lingering in the doorway, wanting to ask, but...

"What is it?" Stevie asked him instead, with a warm, encouraging smile on her face.

"I just... I wanted to say something."

"Well, go ahead then."

"My Dad, he hardly ever had anyone over before he met you. I know you must think I'm too young to understand or whatever, but you must be really special, because you're here, with us."

That was the last thing she expected to hear, both shocked and also relieved. "I'm quite speechless, Will, to be honest."

"I think he really loves you."

Biting on her lower lip not to start grinning like a fool, Stevie asked. "And you're okay with that?"

Giving a small nod, Will said. "Yeah, you're pretty cool." Having gotten it off his chest, Will went back to watching TV, leaving Stevie giddy to continue making dinner for good ten minutes, until she settled down.

Later than usually, Lindsey returned home, tossing his keys away with a heavy sigh, completely exhausted, but the smell of home cooked meal reached him and he followed it into the kitchen, seeing the table set up. He went to the living room, finding Will still mindlessly watching whatever was on the TV and Stevie near him, scribbling something down in what looked like a journal.

"Hey there." Lindsey said, coming up behind the couch, as he placed his hand on Stevie's shoulder, messing up Will's hair with the other.

"Hi." She said, cocking her head back. "I was wondering if you got lost."

"No, busy day."

"Then let's have dinner, you must be starving." Standing up, Stevie clicked the on and off button on the remote. "Come on, Will."

The three of them sat down, Stevie and Lindsey talking mostly, while Will finished what was on the plate fast, Stevie of course wanting to tell him to slow down, although she didn't feel like she could, at least not yet.

Soon they were left alone, Lindsey placing his hand over Stevie's, saying... "Thank you for this, it's not often we get to eat something besides pasta."

As she replied with... "Get used to it."

"Does it mean you're not going anywhere?"

"That is only if you still want me to stay."

"Is that even a serious question?" Lindsey looked at her pointedly, as she shrugged her shoulders. "Of course I want you to stay. Permanently."

"Hm... You mean, you won't wine and dine me first?" Stevie asked, jokingly.

"Well, we can live together and I can still be totally romantic with you."

"Oh? So, if I like, say I want to go out on a date, we would actually go?"

"Of course."

"That's nice. I... I have never really had that before with anyone."

"Get used to it." Lindsey echoed her own words, as they then finished eating in comfortable silence.

Much later the same night, when everyone was in bed, Stevie lying close to Lindsey, as he was mindlessly stroking her hair, she moved up a little higher, pressing a kiss to his neck, his jaw, she then found his lips, him responding instantly, as his arms tightened around her. Rolling onto her back, she let him know to get on top and he did, without second thought, getting comfortable in between her legs. She felt his hands wandering, getting to know her body, feeling gentle pressure, as he gripped her thigh, kissing along her collarbone. She closed her eyes with a sensual sigh, his lips pressing against her exposed chest, her breathing quickening.

He then suddenly stopped, looking down at her, even if in the dark, she felt him staring. "If you're not stopping me right now, I don't think you'll be able to later."

"I don't want to stop you." She simply replied, gripping the back of his neck, kissing him hungrily.

Their clothes were taken off and thrown on the floor, feeling each other like this for the very first time. His hands once again returned to exploring her gorgeous womanly curves, relaxing her, as she parted her legs more, allowing him better access. Somewhat timidly, he brought a hand in between them, touching her at last, as she couldn't fight back a moan. Even though listening to those erotic sounds coming from her was something he enjoyed a lot, he really couldn't wait any longer, replacing his fingers with his hard length, teasing her some, before thrusting his hips forward, as they released a collective grunt.

It didn't last very long, with the obvious need they had for each other, reaching climax with versions of the other's name, as they then lay sweaty, still intimately joined together, breathing heavily.

A few minutes later, Stevie pushed at Lindsey's shoulders, showing him to get off her, saying. "I need to use the bathroom." She put her nightgown on again and found her way in the darkness, Lindsey hearing the lock click and then the water start, thinking this was a little odd.

Soon enough, Stevie came back into the bedroom, getting back under the covers, cuddling up to Lindsey. "Everything okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, yeah everything's fine." She nodded, leaving a kiss on his chest, as she closed her eyes. "Goodnight."

"Goodnight." He repeated, kissing her hair, as he relaxed completely and they both fell asleep in minutes.
