Chapter 11 : blood

Jack 14 // mark 15 // 6 months later

Jacks PoV

I shot up . Panting cause of a nightmare . I shuffled on my bed feeling soggy, but warm . Mark was still asleep . My clock read the numbers '1:40'i pulled my sheets up . Feeling the wetness up my back .i rolled around in it for a moment . I sat up . Not Daring to lift the sheet. I slipped my hand down beside my leg , pressing my hand into the liquid . I probably pissed my self , well I thought .i pulled my hand up ad inspected it . The dark room didn't help . It had a coppery smell . I grabbed something with my other hand , aiming it at the pale white light switch that I could barely see . The ball or what ever hit the switch.

3rd person PoV

To jacks horror a bright red glow appeared in his hand. He looked at the sheet to see dots of red . ' was I killed in my sleep and come back to life ... Am I a zombie ?' He thought . Jack grabbed the sheet and flung it off . He was laying in a pool of blood . His own? He didn't know .he checked his sweats, his boxers were red and his skin . He jumped from the bed landing on Mark Mark who shot up ." My eyes!" Mark covered his eyes as the light shot into them . Mark stood up as he recovered . Putting on his glasses . A gasp came from Mark , Jack covered his eyes " what's that? Blood?"
" n-no ... It's some juice I spilt, I fell sleep In it "
" oh , okay ..."  He frowned . "I'm just gonna change and put my sheets in the wash okay . "He shyly smiled and scooped the covers off the bed rushing to put them into the washing machine . He took his
Sweats off and shoved them in too . He slowly walked past his parents room and to the cupboard which contained towels . He pulled one of the fluffy white towels out and ran to the shower . Putting it on , he muffled the noise by putting the towel at the bottom of the door .

Jacks PoV

The water ran down my back , warming, relaxing , soothing my tense body . I rubbed my legs and chest with soap , I could feel a sore pain shoot through my pelvic area . Probably just growing pains . I've been pretty mean to mark . My best friend , my brother . I hurt his feelings cause I was hurting physically .

I quickly got out the shower wrapping the towel around my waist . I looked Into the shower to see blood swirl into the drain . I should be worried , but , this happens to every boy at some point .right?

I should tell my parents , and Mark . But , how will they react ? Danny , I'll tell Danny .

By the Time I put fresh boxers , shirt and sweats on , Danny had woken up cause I made some noise ." Danny?"
" yeah ? What do ya want ye woke me up . Little shite "
" I-I... I've been bleeding , like , pissing blood "
She sat , confused ,trying to process what was said .

" seriously?" She giggled " oh jack you make me chuckle "
"Seriously ! Look." I dropped my sweats , blood started to make a circular patch around my dick . "shit , we need to tell ma and pa !"
" what!? No! They'll kick me out! You need to tell ma and pa your lesbian"

" wait, they might not , I could act as if I've been beaten up ... Give me some make up !"
" me ? Makeup? You do really make me chuckle .go steal darceys old make up"
I nodded pulling my sweats back up slipping into darceys old room . I pulled out some pink , purple and black eye shadow , pulling out a brush . I walked back to Danny who helped ." Show me your best groans. "
" uhhh ... Really?" She nodded , I groaned , it sounded so unrealistic ." Okay ... Uhh close your eyes . Imagine your asleep and that you woke up in a land of happiness and that you'll never feel pain " I nodded .

I felt relaxed . Soothed . Like I was back in the shower .

A sudden blow went to my cheek . I yelped in pain ." Now ," I opened my eyes , Danny pressed two fingers on my cheek where she punched , kicked , slapped , whatever she did . The groan I produced was so weird . It rumbled through my chest , it made me feel like I wanted to cry ." Much better , now, go to ma and pa and tell them you got beat up."
She smiled and patted my back.

The sweat dripped down my neck , I didn't know what to do . I stepped into my parents door . Ma sat up right reading a book as pa was fast asleep snoring pretty loudly . " what's up seany?"
I hate it when she calls me that ...
" uh . I kinda . In the way home I got jumped . And they beat me up badly ..." I didn't look her in the eyes and I rubbed my neck . Fiddling with my shirt " your lying to me ... What really happened "

" when you lie , you play and tug at your shirt or fiddle with what ever is in your hand , you won't look the person your lying to in the eye , and most of all you rub your neck . What happened?"
" ummm." I was shocked . She's never told me that she knows when I'm lying ." I've been ... Peeing blood lately , getting stomach pains . "
" get some shoes on , we're going to the hospital , Mark can come if he wants ."
" I-I would like him to wait here ."
She nodded putting some fresh clothes on . I walked to my room , Mark playing my game boy" I - I have to go hospital with ma , and , uh . Is it okay if you wait here ? You can go and talk to Danny."
" uh yeah I don't mind what happened"
" I'd rather not say."
He nodded and I slipped my socks and shoes on . Before I could even shut the car door ma began to speed off .

" Mrs McLoughlin , im doctor acini I'd like to see you now ." Ma stood up and took me to the doctor , she had the straightest face ever , a poker face .

I was laid on the bed , I had given a pee sample, blood sample , pulse check .

"Mrs McLoughlin would you like to go to reception and check Sean in for me please ." Ma nodded . Once she left the doctor put down a diagram of what seemed like a male body " it's nothing serious Sean , just something different ." He pointed to the stomach area ." This is where the problem is coming from . Now you are at an age where you hit puberty , but your puberty is different to every other boy ." He doodle on the lower stomach " you have female organs . This means if you anal sex , you can get pregnant if not protected . You will have a monthly period . Like any girl you have pains and mood swings . "
" so I'm a he she ?"
" no no no ha ha , you've just got lady organs . All boy but with ovaries and a uterus ." He smiled .
" so where does the period happen ?"
" well as your ovaries grow to the size of a mango , when they fill of blood , you'll go to the bathroom and pee , blood and urine . You can't use tampons so sanitary towels will be needed .and once again if anal sex occurs , and you and your partner don't want a baby , you must use a condom . Your pregnancys can last up to nine months like a woman , and babies can be early or over due. So if you have any questions you can come here anytime and ask for me , " I nodded . He pulled out some towels ( sanitary ) " your bleeding will be pretty heavy , so wear the thickest towels and change around 4 times a day ." I nodded " thanks "

Ma walked in and doctor acini explained to her " Sean . Ye can be gay, straight , bi or trans, but if you get pregnant under my roof , ye father will kick ya out , by all means I'd let ya stay but it's up to ye father " I nodded and hugged her " I'm straight ma it's fine "
