Epcot

I wake up the next day groaning as the sun hits my face. Sitting up and stretching I look over at Kim who claimed the small seat bed to sleep on for the week. I feel a tiny bit guilty that I got the huge bed all to myself, but Kim insisted that she wanted the seat, so whatever. I pad over to the kitchen and pull out a strawberry granola bar while I wait for the rest of the flock to get their butts out of bed.

While waiting for them to get up my mind starts to wander back to yesterday's events. Now that I think about it I swear I've seen that boy before somewhere. I don't think it was at school though, I would've remembered him more if it had been, so where? Had he come to Disney before and I saw him in the crowd, or maybe I saw someone who looked like him at Hershey last summer? No, none of those seem right, but then where could I have remembered him from?

Kim sits up in bed interrupting my thoughts. She stretches out her back before looking over at me and smiling. "Sleep well?" she asks, a sliver of sun hitting her face from the gap in the beige curtains. I nod and she her smile widens a little bit more, "Good. I don't need you dying of sleep deprivation on me, and I know you don't sleep well when you aren't at home. Are the guys up yet?" She pads over to the kitchen and grabs a can of Sprite from the fridge.

"Well, it is only nine so probably not. You know that they usually sleep in until eleven, Disney doesn't change that," I say shaking my head in bewilderment, how can she drink soda right after waking up will always puzzle me.

"You were talking in your sleep, did you know that?" she asks me sitting down on my bed, and taking a chug of her drink.

"Seriously, no, I had no idea! I don't even remember what my dream was about! What did I say?" I asked in amazement. I had never talked in my sleep that I knew of before and I couldn't even imagine myself doing it, let alone forgetting the dream that I talked through!

"I'm not exactly sure, you were mumbling, but I heard you say that you wouldn't let anyone hurt someone and that you were never going to leave them. It was quite weird considering you said you're ace, but hey I'm not one to judge," she shrugged. She sets down her can, grabs my brush that was sitting on the small table at the end of my bed, and starts combing my hair. "I'm guessing you want it up in a pony-tail for the park?"

"Yeah, but don't think that this is going to result in us leaving any faster, my mother will still take forever getting ready," I say smiling. Kim is like a sister to me, she sometimes gets on my nerves, but minutes later I love her. I can never stay mad at he and we understand each other perfectly at times just by sharing a look. I was the second one she came out to when she discovered that she was pan and we go to each other when we need help with something. I wouldn't trade her for all the pony merchandise in the world.

Kim finishes with my hair and we lay back down on the bed awaiting the others in the kitchen. Soon enough they all stagger in exhausted and go on the hunt for food. We all put on sunscreen, mess around for a few moments, and then head off to the first park, Epcot. We take the monorail and I sit next to Kim and the wall for security reasons.

We get there and as we are standing in line I see a mass of black hair dart past me. I whip around desperately searching for the black-haired girl and hoping that it would be the one from yesterday. I search through the whole crowd, but I can't find a trace of her so I sigh in defeat.

"What's wrong?" Kim says subconsciously tilting her head slightly to the left.

"Oh, I just thought I saw someone, that's all," I attempt to shrug it off, but Kim knows me better then that and she instantly figures out who it is.

"Oh my gosh! Jess, do you... but you... YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ACE!" she screams grabbing my shoulders and shaking my harshly.

"I am ace, just because I want to make sure he is okay doesn't mean that I might care for him," I shrug off her hands and roll my eyes at her.

"Care for who?" my mom interjects.

Kim instantly turns towards her and acts like a completely innocent child who has done nothing wrong. "Oh, we were talking about her caring for Steven from Steven Universe that's all! Don't worry about us at all, we won't get into any trouble!" My mother falls for it and leaves us alone for the rest of the time we are in line, but Kim doesn't want to risk talking about something so secretive and important around so many people so we drop the subject.

"But, what ride do you want to go on first?" Kim asks before stopping dead in her tracks.

"What's wrong?" I ask completely confused. I follow her gaze and I find myself just as shocked, if not more, to see the boy from yesterday's beating standing right in front of us.

His hair reflects the sun as he stands near the edge of the path waiting for the girl, who is buying something at one of the small stands surrounding us. He is leaning up against a lamp post, his arms crossed across his chest, and his legs crossed at the ankles. He is clothed in a dark blue short sleeved shirt with black skinny jeans on the bottom.

The girl runs over to him and crashes into his chest making him smile down at her. She is wearing short beige shorts and a pink Disney short sleeved shirt. Her feet are turning red already in her black flip flops, but she doesn't seem to notice. She pulls a little pen out of a small baby blue bag and presents him with it smiling proudly. They look so similar they could almost be related, but that's ridiculous. They act too much like a couple, and siblings hate each other!

While I am caught up in these details I don't see Kim move from my side and start walking towards them. I only see her when she is tapping on the girl's shoulder, and by that time it is too late to stop her.

"Yeah, hello, excuse me. So I was at the tennis court yesterday when the guy that you're flirting with got beaten up, so I remember you and how you didn't say thank you to my friend over there. Well just gonna say that doing that was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She took the time out of her day to go and help the guy not die by a little weakling and then she is treated like she isn't even there! NO, that isn't right!" Kim explodes. I walk over and attempt to calm Kim down, but she isn't having it so I smack her.

"Calm down!" I scream in her face. She relaxes, finally, and I mutter out an apology turning to leave but am caught by the hand.

"No, I'm sorry for the way we acted yesterday. She's right, we treated you like dirt when I am actually so happy that you were there to help. Let me make it up to you by taking you to lunch," I hear a soft yet deep voice say. My goes ballistic with his touch, but I don't let it show. I don't want to speak since I know my voice will come out weak and shaky, so I nod my head accepting his offer. He smiles warmly and looks at Kim, "And don't worry, you're invited too."

A/N

I hope you liked the chapter guys! Sorry if its not that good I have a project, essay, and a study guide all due tomorrow that I have barely started so I'm a little stressed out.

I won't be able to post next week seeing as how I will be in Florida and I'm not allowed on the internet when I go. Yeah, my mother doesn't want me to ever be on the internet, at all, especially Wattpad which is why it is difficult for me to post so I may end up posting late some weeks.

But anyways, tell me what your favorite ride is at Disney and I'll try to use it in a chapter!

As always stay lovely, and I'll see you next time! Au Revoir!
