It was a nightmare-inducing sight.

I just stood there my mouth gaping open and staring at the body of the man who was alive just moments before.

I tried to shake the memory out of my head and ran back to where Hailey was lying, out cold, on the floor.

"For fucks sake," Marcus said under his breath as his attempts to try and wake her were to no avail.

Zoe just sat there rigid, her whole body shaking and her mouth wide open.

The look of horror was on everyone's face and those who weren't sat stuff were helping to try and wake Hailey.

After hours of trying and so many people, not in our youtube group, fleeing of the building, which I don't blame them for, Hailey was finally awake.

I saw her cough and her stomach move steadily up and down again, the movement wasn't natural but it was close.

A huge wave of relief flowed through me and I couldn't believe what'd just happened, it all finally being taken account in my head.

Hailey sat up and screamed.

I jumped out of my skin and I was terrified, scared to death by the sudden scream.

It was no normal scream though, it was a blood-curdling scream.

She lifted her eyes quickly and shifted suddenly, I ran over to her and say next to her.

She pushed me away and cowered in the corner.

"Him... Him..... Why......," I heard her whimper.

I say there still in horror and confusion , I couldn't figure out what she was saying.

She sat up against the wall and seemed to have finally regained sense.

"It all makes sense now," she said, looking directly at me and her eyes buring straight into me.

I avoided her deathly gaze and looks at Caspar who was looking back at me in the same state if despair.

"It was him," she said, shaking.

Shane, who hadn't said anything for a while finally spoke.

"That note!" He screamed.

"Yes!" Hailey yelled in reply.

"What?" I bellowed, not having the faintest idea as to what the hell he was talking about.

"I'll tell you," Hailey said, her breathing rapidly increasing.

"You don't have too, your breathing is getting unsteady-" Zoe said before being cut off.

"There was a not on that little table in my room, I never looked at it. It must've been from him and he knew that we'd be her tonight."
"Jim and Joe, you saved me," she said looking at both Jim and I.

We exchanged nervous glances and Hailey continued to talk.

"Joe, you gave me the glass that you should've drank, it was supposed to make all of you unable to know what was happening," she said, regaining control on her breathing.

Everyone looked at each other in disbelief, this surely couldn't be true.

"Then he'd take me," she said and paused to let it settle in. Everyone else was still petrified and it looked as though the drug had worked on then for a while and that now they were able to do everything normally. "Jim, you sent away the drinks with the mass amounts of it in."

"That's impossible-," him says but was surely enough cut off and Hailey continued to explain.

"You didn't drink the whole of the drink, there was still a tiny bit left in it and the drug only worked if you drank the whole of it," she explained, the sheer terror on everyone's faces enough to give anyone nightmares.

We had just been involved in a mass crime and half of us hadn't realised.

"Oh my god," I said, my eyes wide and the reality starting to stab me.
