"Hailey, you'll be okay," Joe whispered, holding my hand as his eyes looked into mine. I could see him scanning mine for emotion, but I had none left to expend.
"I love you, Joe Sugg," I said, pressing my lips against his soft pink ones. He kissed back, savouring the kiss like it was our last.
He wrapped an arm around me and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Tears falling down my face, I broke the kiss and looked up at him.
"That's why I have to go."
