A/N: Sorry about this being like almost a month after I posted my last chapter, I've been dreadfully busy with school and finals (which are now over for the most part! Yay!) so that's why. Also this was just supposed to be a small little fun thing for me, I didn't realize people would actually want to read it. Anyways I'll get back to typing since a good deal of you probably hate me right now. Also I got 4k reads and almost 200 votes on this story recently! Thank you so much, I love all of you more than you could ever know. Also, are any of you Unwanteds fans? I finished Island of Dragons a while ago... and I was crying. ANYWAYS, You're probably screaming at me o start writing so I will! On with the story!

1 million years later (even though it was probably only a few minutes) Biana was finally done. The makeover was torturous, and she hadn't liked a second of it but she had to admit that Biana had done a great job. Sophie stared at herself in the mirror, amazed. She still looked like herself... but prettier.

Biana beamed, pleased with her work. She sat down on another vanity - how many does this girl have? - and got herself ready, leaving Sophie to continue ogling herself.

Her blonde hair was in soft waves, due to an elixir Biana had given her to drink, and it was pinned in a way so it draped over one shoulder, a diamond and ruby hair pin holding it in place. Sophie's brown eyes (which she thought were normally boring) popped, the gold flecks in them shining and brought out by the gold eyeshadow Biana had used on her.

That wasn't just it though, Sophie's face was creamy and smooth, her cheekbones looking higher than they really were and a light blush falling over her cheeks. Her lips were painted a pale pink, making them look natural yet gorgeous. On her neck lay a ruby necklace, the crystal diamonds on them matching her hair pin. She was wearing a red dress, it had a golden sash and was floor length. The bodice was simple and had a sweetheart neckline.

Overall, Sophie felt like she was going to Cinderella's ball or something - as one of the evil stepsisters. She got up, looking down at her gold and diamond character heels and shook her head in amazement that she could even move in the tight dress. "Biana? Are you sure this isn't... a little too much?" Sophie questioned her dark-haired friend as the girl in question pronounced her own makeup done.

Biana grinned, a mischievous Keefe-like sparkle in her teal eyes that wasn't normally there appearing. "No of course it isnt! You want Fitz to drool over you, don't you?" She asked her pointedly, making Sophie blush even deeper than her makeup.

"Why would I want that?" Sophie said, trying to play dumb. Biana wasn't convinced and gave her a wink, teasing.

"Oh we both know why, anyways come on we need to get down now." Biana said, rushing them both down the stairs. It took all of Sophie's willpower (and some of Biana's help) to make sure she didn't trip down the stairs. Once they got down, they took seats at a table that was already crowded with the rest of the Vackers and Keefe.

Fitz and Keefe's eyes bugged out at the sight of Sophie. "What?" She asked them, severely and painfully reminded of a moment like this that happened not too long ago.

"N- nothing." The boys both said at once, liking anywhere but at the girls. Biana giggled at this, loving this moment. Sophie sighed - silently reminding herself to never play truth or dare with her friends again. Ever.

Alden and Della looked extremely amused by all of this. "You look fantastic, my dear." Della said with her accented musical voice, making Sophie feel like her face was burning off the surface of the sun as Alden nodded in agreement. She looked down at the table, horribly embarrassed, as dinner was dispersed.

"Thank you Della." Sophie said quietly. Della laughed a little at her timid voice. "I'm guessing this was Biana's doing, wasn't it?" She replied as Sophie started eating the meal of gnomish food.

"Yes... it was." Sophie nodded solemnly at the same time that Biana said, "Of course it was me!" They stopped and stared at each other for a split second before bursting into laughter. Della chuckled along with them and Alden with the boys soon joined in until everyone was laughing.

The rest of dinner consisted of small talk and quiet eating. When they were finished, Sophie and her friends excused themselves and bid goodnight to the adults before tramping upstairs. Keefe and Fitz chatted rambunctious it until Biana hushed them. They both sulked as they walked and Sophie caught Fitz looking at her a few times which made her blush. Once they all went upstairs, they entered Biana's room again and took different seats around it.

"Well I am going to get into something more comfortable." Sophie announced, breaking the silence and standing up. She glared at Biana for a second before grabbing the clothes she had brought to sleep in and striding to the bathroom. She could hear everyone's laughs as she left and snorted. Typical friends.

After changing, she came out of the bathroom and smiled as she saw Biana and Keefe playfully talking. She frowned a little when she spotted Fitz being all quiet and alone but noticed that he brightened when he spotted her. Sophie walks over to her telepathic friend, sitting down next to him. "Hey." She says with a small smile, fingering the crystal she had transferred into her pajama pocket as she spoke. "What's up?"

Fitz chuckled. "Not much." He said, but Sophie noticed the underlying time of unease in his voice. "Nu-uh you're going to tell me what's wrong." She said and wagged a finger at him jokingly. He smiled sadly, glancing up at her. The message in Fitz's eyes was clearly asking her if she would enter his mind. With a curt yet curious nod, Sophie did.

So what's wrong? Sophie asked him, staring into his brilliantly colored eyes.

I'm just... worried, that's all. Fitz admitted, not meeting her eyes. Ever since that dare, I've been wondering what you were thinking during that. You, well I like you Sophie. I always have but I think I just realized it after that dare.

Sophia gasped - unable to believe Fitz's words. It was too good to be true, impossible in her mind. This had to be a dream, right? So to test her theory, she pinched herself. A sharp needle of pain hit her arm. "Ouch!" The girl squealed, before quieting down. Biana and Keefe sent quizzical looks her way and Fitz looked mildly alarmed. "Um sorry..." She mumbled, before transmitting.

Fitz,
I
     do
         too.
