Chapter 6 - 'Werewolfism'(Or lycanthropy according to Wormtail.)

James's POV (Uh oh...)
As the beautiful Lily Evans made her way up the stairs, along with Y/N and Remus, I turned to my friends; We were sitting on our usual scarlet coloured sofa. While Remus was away being a prefect and stuff, I decided to bring up something that we talked about the previous year.

"Ok, so, remember last year we were talking about our plan for Remus?" I started.

Sirius and Peter nodded.

"We need to do it this year," I said with confidence, "So do you all remember the plan? We become Animagi somehow, then every full moon we can help Remus with his werewolfism without getting hurt. Because if we look like animals, then Werewolf Remus won't try and kill us. I know that it's still dangerous, but...I hate letting Remus go it alone..."

Sirius and Peter were silent for a moment.

"Um, Prongs?" Peter started, "I don't think that it's called Werewolfism. It's call Lycanthropy, mate."

I gave Peter a look of deep disapproval. Almost a death glare.

"Never mind," Peter said with his head down.

Damn right never mind. I was on a roll there, I was being SERIOUS. And bloody Peter had to go and bloody ruin it...bloody hell. Sounds like Ron...

"Ok, so what do you guys think of helping Remus with his Lycanthropy?" I said, leaning forward and purposefully glaring at Peter when I said Lycanthropy.

"Yeah, we should defiantly do that," Sirius smiled, "Anything for a Marauder. Wait..."

Sirius raised his hand to his lip and leaned forward from the comfy couch.

"What is it mate?" I asked.

"Wait if..." Sirius started slowly. GET TO THE POINT PADFOOT. "What if..."

"What if what?!" Peter yelled impatiently.

Sirius carried on, ignoring Peter's outburst.

"What if Y/N could become an Animagus with us!? Like when we are going through the treatment, she could do it too. We get on well with her, and Remus would appreciate her helping him out, if ya know what I mean," He winked in a flirty way, "I just think that she would be a good help to us. I mean, she is really smart. And we always have a laugh with her, well, when she isn't being all stupid and shy."

Me and Peter looked at each other for a second, then both spoke at once.

"That's a great-"

"We should so do th-"

"Well, we will have to ask her first," Sirius interrupted loudly, "For she might not want to. I wonder what her animal form will be..."

At that moment, Remus, Y/N and Lily walked back into the room. I gave Sirius a quick nod, then turned to our new guests.

"Why hello, lover," I winked at Lily.

She sighed, then walked over to a chair. She sat very far away from us. Charming. Y/N went to follow her, but I stopped her.

"Hey, Y/L/N, sit with us!"

"What about Lily though?" She asked.

"She will be fine," I reassured her. Lily had her nose stuck in a book; I don't think that she would notice an earthquake in that state. Still sexy though. Oh Prongs...

"Ugh, fine," she sighed.

Your POV
I sat down grudgingly, while sighing. The boys stared at me sassily.

"Well, if you're gonna be like that, then just go sister," Sirius snapped teasingly.

I laughed and shook my head. I took a book from the table in front of me, and started to read. I noticed Sirius watching me creepily, so I peaked at him over the top of my leathery book.

"Is there a problem, Sirius?" I asked.

"Oh, nothing," he smiled, shaking his head.

"What is it?!" I giggled. He was making me curious now.

"Well, may I say that you are looking very sexy this evening."

Annndddd there was silence. A very, very, awkward silence. Which was broken after a moment by James and Peter, who were now laughing. Brilliant. Thanks Sirius. (Note the sarcasm.) I leaned forward in my chair and whacked him hard over the head with my book. He yelped in pain, just making us laugh even more. I tried to keep a straight face as I sat back down and returned to my book. Although, it was clear to see that I was laughing behind the thick pages. Remus also had his nose inside a book, but he was also laughing discreetly. Sirius was giving Remus a thumbs up for some reason. And Remus kicked him. Ha, take that Sirius.

I put my book down and checked my watch. The time was 10:27. I didn't realise it was so late, and I also didn't realise how tired I was. This day has taken everything out of me. So I decided to go to bed early. I bid farewell to the Marauders, and trudged up to the dormitories. I half heartedly brushed my teeth, and lazily put on my f/c pyjama shorts and long sleeve grey top. It was slightly too big for me, but I think it looks cute that way. As I crawled under the blankets, my eyes shut and I fell into darkness...

Sorry short chapter but meh. Fight me mate. Been really busy. I have two pieces of English homework for Wednesday, and I haven't finished any of them. Whoop. Update soon.
