A/N: Can you guys give me suggestions for what your patrounus could be? It can't be the same as any of the Marauders. Or Lily...Thanks.

Leave suggestions here.

Your POV
A strong, woman's voice faintly muttered a spell. Light started to seep through my closed eyes. They slowly opened as I came to. As I slowly regained consciousness, I looked around the area that I was in. I was lying in a bed, and there was five blurry masses sitting around it. My mind was confused and disoriented.

My vision started to settle. Everything became no longer blurry and fuzzy. The blurry masses turned out to be the Marauders and Lily; I was in the Hospital Wing. They smiled at me once they saw I was awake, but Lily looked unhappy sitting with the boys; I could see right through her fake smile.

"Hey, you're awake," Remus pointed out unnecessarily.

I gave him a smile and nodded. I slowly sat up, still confused.

"How long have I been out?" I asked.

I couldn't remember much from what happened, but it was slowly coming back to me.

"Not long. Madam Pomphery just woke you up. I'd say about an hour." Lily smiled.

I nodded. I could now recall the event, but obviously had no idea what happened after I was stunned.

"What happened?" I asked as I propped myself up with some pillows.

Remus and Lily looked at each other. Lily nodded at Remus, so then he spoke.

"When I was monitoring the hall," Remus said, "I could hear the commotion going on upstairs. I looked up and saw spells being fired and taunting voices. I called on Lily to get a teacher, but I knew that she wouldn't get one in time. So, I took the matter into my own hands and went up stairs. After I saw that jerk stun you, I had to attack. I managed to stun the guy who stunned you, and I disarmed a couple of them. By that time though, Lily had got Mcgonnagal. She was fuming. Like really angry. She disarmed us all and sent us all to the hospital wing. We will be in serious trouble, Y/N. But trust me, you put up an amazing fight. I can't believe that you faced all of them alone."

Remus smiled at me. I pulled him into a hug, completely out of the blue.

"Thank you," I whispered to him.

"You're welcome," he whispered.

I pulled out of the hug and saw Remus blushing a little and grinning. I was too. He ran a hand threw his light brown hair and leaned back in his chair that he had pulled up next to my bed, like Lily and the rest of the boys. The rest of the Marauders and Lily had stayed silent through this moment; apart from the fact that James kept on messing up his hair, much to Lily's annoyance.

"Were any of you hurt?" I asked Lily and Remus.

"I wasn't hurt," Lily shook her head, "I arrived at the same time as Mcgonnagal."

"I'm fine too," Remus smiled.

"Good," I simply smiled.

Something suddenly came to mind. I still hasn't found out why the boys wanted to become Animagi. I still didn't know the secret.

"Remus, remember this morning when I said that I needed to ask Sirius something?" I asked, glancing at Sirius.

"Yes."

"I never got to ask him it."

"Oh, okay," he said slowly, "Do you need some privacy?"

"Yes please, Moony," Sirius said.

"You better go too, Evans," James laughed.

Remus and Lily shrugged and walked over to the other side of the room. They sat down on an empty bed and she ikr to each other politely. I turned to the three remaining boys, anxiety pumping threw me.

"Why do you want to become
Animagi?" I whispered quickly.

James, Sirius and Peter all looked at each other. They all leaned in and whispered quietly in unison...

"Remus is a Werewolf."

There was silence. They must be joking...

"You can't tell anyone, you swear?" James asked maturely.

I nodded hurriedly. I couldn't speak. My throat was so dry it was like a desert in my mouth. I DEFINITELY hadn't expected this. It can't be true...

"We want to help him in his transitions. But he would hurt us in our human form, so if we are animals then werewolf Remus won't hurt us," Sirius said.

I was still silent. I was in shock. I glanced over at Remus. He was laughing with Lily, looking more innocent than ever. But on a full moon, he apparently became a raging monster. I have known him for so long, how come I never knew this?

"Your joking, right?" I asked uncertainly, and slightly desperately.

Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs all shook their heads.

"It's true, mate," Sirus said.

I silently batted with myself. I mean, it made sense; Remus's scars, the fact he disappeared every full moon, his patrounus...I had made up my mind.

"I won't tell a soul. I promise," I whispered weakly to the three boys. My voice had returned as I thought over the situation.

It didn't change anything. Remus saved me, no matter what he is. I don't care if he is a werewolf. If anything, I cared for him more. He was my friend, and nothing could change that. Although, it will take some getting used to...

"So," Sirius smiled, "Will you become an Animagus with us? For Remus?"

But just at that moment, Professor Mcgonnagal marched in and pointed at me.

"You! Y/N Y/L/N! You go first! I will escort you to the Headmasters office. Now!"

I had been expecting this. I slowly got out of my hospital bed and guilty walked over to her. As we walked out of the door, I gave a discreet nod to the boys. They grinned at me. Of course I would! It might be fun...I glanced over at Lily and Remus. Lily mouthed sorry as I passed. I know why. She was the one who got the teacher to break up the fight. I shook my head; I deserved to be in trouble.

Remus smiled in a concerned way at me. For some reason this made my stomach do an unpleasant backflip. I'll say one thing: I hadn't expected the secret to be that Remus is a werewolf. I smiled very weakly at him then hurried after McGonagall. He gave a confused look my way, then walked back over to the Marauders. As I shuffled along behind McGonagall, I glanced backwards at the Hospital Wing door, and saw Lily discreetly slip out and walk the other way down the corridors.

She still hated the Marauders, especially James.

Nothing had changed then.
