Chapter2-Back In, Fading Out

February 11, 2011

It's now February. 7th Anthem are busy filming The Delinquents and promoting Lights On. In fact, they're about to release their single. If that wasn't enough to keep them busy, they start rehearsals for their up-coming world tour, The Anthem Tour, named after their soon-to-be-released album.

It was Friday evening, and 7A were in their condo, resting up from their day of filming. Alyson plopped on her bed, wanting to go to sleep. She then got a text from Andrew. He told her that they need to do the deed the next day.

By now, Alyson was growing tired of having hate sex with Andrew. If anything, she wasn't mad at him anymore. She really did miss his kisses and his touch. She missed the times when he would lovingly hold her. She even longed for the days when they would say they loved each other.

Then Alyson saw Bailey walking by, she called out to her. Bailey went into her room, and asked, "What is it?"

"Close the door," Alyson said as she sat up.

Once Bailey closed the door, Alyson said, "It's Andrew."

"What about Andrew? Are you tired of the so-called hate sex?"

"Yeah, and I think I'm in love with him again. I just miss the way he would be loving, sweet, and gentle. I know he can be very upfront and egotistic, but he can be a romantic. I miss that about him, not this rough, ruthless man."

"Why don't you just admit to him that you want him back?"

Alyson scoffed, "Why should I? I'm not gonna say anything unless he says something."

Bailey gave an irritated sigh, and said, "Alyson, can't you see how stubborn you and Andrew are? It's no wonder you both go from being in love to fighting to silent treatments to sex! You both need to put aside the pride you both have, and just get along."

Alyson looked on the floor. After thinking for a bit, Bailey suggested, "Why don't we go shopping with the girls? Maybe that help, though temporarily, forget your drama with Andrew."

Alyson gave a small smile as she said, "I miss shopping. We've been so busy that I hadn't had time to buy new clothes."

 Bailey smiled.

At the same time, Andrew was in Justin's room, wanting to talk. Justin asked him, "Is everything alright? You've been down lately."

Andrew sighed as he replied, "I hate to admit it, but I miss being with Alyson. I'm tired of being angry with her. I don't hate her; I still love her."

"Then why don't you just tell that?"

Andrew scoffed, "And let her win? I don't think so."

Justin, feeling annoyed, said, "Okay, how about you stop acting like an arrogant arse, man up, and tell her the truth?"

Andrew then thought for a moment.

It's the next day, and 7A were out and about. The girls were out shopping, trying to help Alyson get her mind off of Andrew. She started to feel better, but the one that was acting bitter was Libby.

The girls were getting tired of her attitude, so Amanda asked her, "What the f*ck is your problem? You've been acting like a sour bitch."

Libby glared at her, and said angrily, "You think Alyson's the only one with boyfriend trouble? Well, she's not!"

The three girls were stunned to hear this. Bailey asked, "What's going on with you and Trevor?"

Libby calmly explained, "Trevor and I have been drifting apart lately. I know we're all busy with everything, but I didn't expect that we would drift. I keep thinking maybe it's because we chose not to go public with our relationship like Bailstin and Andyson did. But then I start assuming that maybe it's because I have a TV boyfriend, while Trevor has an on-screen girlfriend. I don't know."

The girls hugged Libby. When they pulled away, Amanda suggested, "Why don't we go to a club tonight? Just us girls, no guys."

Bailey refused, saying, "I think I'll stay home with Justin. At least we're still going strong. No offense, Aly and Libby."

Alyson said, "None taken, and I think I'll stay behind."

"It's not sex with Andrew, is it?"

"No, I just need to talk to him."

Amanda said, "Well, I guess it's just you and me tonight. Maybe I'll meet a guy who's not a celebrity."

 Libby smiled.

It was now evening. As Libby and Amanda were getting ready to go to a club, Trevor knocked on the door to the room that they shared. Libby opened it, and saw him there.

She asked him, "What is it?"

He asked, "You're going out tonight?"

 "Yeah?"

 "Do I have to go?"

"It's a girls' night out...well, it's just me and Amanda."

 "Cool."

With that, Trevor walked away. Libby's jaw dropped in shock. Then she grabbed her purse and car keys. She said to Amanda, "Let's go drink the night away."

Libby then walked away. As for Amanda, she followed her, but couldn't help to feel concern for Libby.

At the same time, Alyson went into Andrew's room. She saw him sitting on his bed with his laptop. He looked up, and asked, "Ready to go?"

Alyson said reluctantly, "Actually, I need to talk to you."

 "Yeah, me too."

Then there was an awkward silence, and it lasted for a few minutes. They broke it by speaking simultaneously, "I'm sorry."

They both laughed nervously. Andrew said , "Um, I'm sorry for acting like an arrogant ass towards. I was frustrated with everything that was going on, and I took it out on you."

Alyson said, "I'm sorry, too. I had a breakdown when I found out about Melissa's schemes. I knew we had rivalries in the past, but nothing this intense. I took it out on you, and the entire band."

"I don't want us to fight. I want us back together. I want us to love each other again."

"Me too. I feel like hating each other has thrown us back to middle school and high school. I don't want go back to that again. I love you, Andrew."

 "I love you, too, Alyson."

Then the two hugged each other warmly, and kissed passionately. They soon held each other on Andrew's bed, and eventually fell asleep in each other's arms.
